Here is our article on how HARA can create jobs for anyone with a mobile phone  Smiley

Previous tech companies required people to have a motor or a car or buy a stock of products to resell. HARA simply creates jobs for anyone with a phone. You don’t need to bring any capital to join up, you just need to put in the work.

You can read the whole article at Medium .  Smiley

I just read the whole article and I'm impressed on how HARA can not only improve yields of the farmers, but the entire community as well.

Yes, with HARA anyone with a smartphone can be a field agent and assist the farmers. As the article said, the field agent will serve as a bridge between HARA and the farmers. Anyone in the village can be a field agent, therefore more and more villagers can earn a source of income as long as they put in the work, thus providing a community with less unemployment and improving the livelihoods of the villagers.  Smiley

The field agents will then be promoted to farm managers right? and their pay will increase?

For a field agent to be eligible to be promoted to a Farm Manager will depend on his local network and the quality and the quantity of work he or she has done. The farm manager will serve as a bridge between the farmers and the services they would like access to like loans, insurance etc. The Farm Manager can also act as an agronomist and translate the data from HARA to the farmers and therefore improve their yield and business practices. The Farm Manager could also act as a sales agent and help the farmers buy the necessary farming inputs to avoid overspending, they can also help farmers sell their yield and monitor loan disbursements. For all this work, the Farm Manager will assume a small portion of the sale, the portion can be calculated by the number of farmers, times the potential harvest, times the net margin per kilogram of the harvest.

We're very proud to have PUNDIX as a partner and integrate their XPOS technology into HARA to be able to help unbanked farmers in rural areas and accept transactions in cryptocurrency as well as process other incentives. This partnership will help farmers acquire their goods without the need for fiat currency, they will just have to use their HARAxPUNDI card with the existing loyalty points to be able to make transactions.  Smiley

Amazon VP & CTO Werner Vogels presented HARA at the International Rice Congress 2018 in his keynote speech. Vogels spoke about how we aim to have real social impact for smallholder farmers by making important data available on our data exchange.

The new partnership between HARA and bluzelle will focus on optimizing stakeholders’ income potential by extending Bluzelle's data storage services to the HARA ecosystem😊
Read more here: http://[Suspicious link removed]/2PClDt2

Woah! Congrats Hara on another successful partnership! and a big data company as well. What benefits will you get from this new partnership?

The new partnership excites us as well!  Cool Bluzelle is a decentralized, on-demand, scalable database service that leverages underused computer resources from people around the world by turning them in into storage providers for its network, for which the providers are compensated. The partnership will focus mainly on making sure that the vision of smallholder farmers taking part in HARA's data exchange platform turns into reality. HARA will help extend Bluzelle’s services of data storage to any stakeholder that requires their services to make the most out of both the companies’ ecosystems and optimize the stakeholder’s income potential.

By working together, HARA and Bluzelle are spearheading the development of a new line of income into areas in which such opportunities are scarce. Smiley

Basically Hara will use Blz as data storage?

Yes, HARA will utilize Bluezelle's decentralize blockchain-powered data storage platform to store data assets they're working on, but then also leverage HARA to share and monetize that data as they say fit  Smiley

It is nice that your partnerships have high-quality practical application within the project. It often happens that partnerships are simply for promotional purposes, without practical application.

Our current partnerships are more than just for promotional purposes you got it right with it being practical,  Smiley we also aim to make sure that our stakeholders will benefit the partnership as well. For example, our partnership with PUNDIX will bring financial inclusions to our unbanked farmers in rural areas and with Bluezelle it will give data providers a secure decentralized platform where they can store their data assets and also provide stakeholders new income potetial. Yes with HARA you can be a field agent as long as you have a smartphone. Smiley Anyone in a village can become a HARA Field Agent, not just farmers themselves, and can earn a salary of up to 11,250,000 IDR per month, they will just have to put in the work. Considering that the minimum salary in most rural areas in Indonesia is less than 4,000,000 IDR, this is an income that can be life changing and its effects will ripple down through the entire community. While also providing additional if not new income to the villagers and directly providing jobs thus improving the community.  Smiley

What is the Job description of the field agent? what differs them from farm managers?

A field agent will serve as a bridge of HARA to the farmers. In their initial role, Field Agents will serve as data collectors and will map out the agricultural potential in their village. For example, they will check the familial relations and ID’s of local farmers, examine the yields of their crops, and track the market prices. Meanwhile, Farm Managers will serve as an agent for the farmers for the service they would like to access and to avail. They can also act as an agronomist, and can also play the role of sales agents that assist the farmers in selling their crops to the market. Farm managers will have more administrative work compared to field agents who has technically related work.

Indonesia is the largest archipelago in the world. The nation’s total land area is around 190 million hectares, where at least 55 million are used for agriculture.
How would you collect the data of this massive country? 🤔

In my country there are reports that each agricultural producer fills out at a certain frequency. I do not think, of course, that the form has deep detail, but the data is collected. And it is in electronic form immediately.

I'm not sure if I understand your comment but in HARA the Field Agents will collect the farmer's data using the HARA app and the Data qualifiers will verify the quality of the data and help increase the rating of the data for the Data Buyers. There is no need for such "forms" or "frequency" the data processing is automated.  Smiley

if this project were successful in Indonesia later, would HARA plan for expansion in other countries with greater potential? and I see almost all SEA countries have potential in the agrarian sector.

HARA will focus on are developing countries located near the equator, characterized by long growing periods (many are year-round), and where access to mobile phone service is available. Dattabot (HARA's Mother Company) has identified eight (Cool countries that possess these attributes, where collectively, these countries represent nearly one-third of all smallholder farmers in the world, which are Bangladesh, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Kenya, Uganda, Mexico, and Peru.
