Video call for kyc verification?? Is it possible? Do you think it is the best way , rather than uploading your documents for kyc verification process? Most bounty campaigns and ICOs nowadays required a kyc.

If video call for Kyc verification is possible, what is the best and secure app to you use for video call

I think Video Call as a KYC verification is a very good idea to protect those people who want to keep their personal information and like me I would totally make those requirements in priority unlike giving our all information in their team. And I think it would be easy to their team to know if the participants are cheating.

Although KYC video calling is a very good way to authenticate, it also means that the project side needs more customer service, which will increase their expenses.

It is a good way for confirmation, but a bit offensive. At least it might be taken as such. Not always it's convenient to receive a video call. There should be some appointment at least, so not to cause any stress

Video call verification it is a usual procedure in a different centralised payment systems. It is kind of not so anonymous, but I don't mind to pass it if applicable.

KYC may be something that is very disliked by many people and this is also very annoying. However, this KYC has a very good purpose to avoid fraudulent acts committed by irresponsible people. KYC has never been available for this video and if implemented it certainly won't be easy.

video call with 5000 bounty hunters? is that possible? What questions will be given? Does the team have free time for video calls with all participants? then when will they start development if they have to be busy with video calls?

This is only a small part of the problems that are sure to appear if there will be a video call for KYC testing. I think that such an ICO campaign does not even collect a minimum amount of funds if a video call is entered. The more different barriers there are to investing in ICO projects, the less successful they will be. Those who will purchase new tokens will be simple and fast will win.

That idea is not that bad but it would stress the bounty manager out ,it won't be easy work because he/she will have to verify all bounty participants one by one through video call lol that is impossible, only of there is a way to fasten up the process then it would be great

with so many participants participating in the Bounty, managers will be very troubled if they have to make video calls for KYC. not necessarily all participants answered immediately because Bounty participants from many countries had different times so the manager also needed to determine the time before making a video call and it was very troublesome.

KYC is a procedure that now has many Bounty projects using this for Bounty participants. I personally strongly agree, but it must be considered that there will be many difficulties in running this application. KYC video verification is impossible because no merchants are willing to increase service spending, and I believe that no hunters are willing to sell more privacy for participating in bounty activities.

This won't work out for me, there too many apps that can modify faces of the people that's in the video.

But I think this is a pretty good idea for those who are not comfortable of sending their ID's but it will really not gonna work for me.

IMHO, this is the most inconvenient method of KUS from all possible. I went through it once, it's terrible. I felt like a monkey in a circus who was ordered to do something. So it should not be, the maximum - the documents. I am a supporter of electronic signature.

If it is only a videos call without requiring any other document then I think it will be a good way to verify all customers. I do not take it easy sharing my passport everyday because most of them end up as scam and I am thinking what these scammers want to do with our documents.

It is better than the present uploading of documents because despite the promise of the project team that they will never harm you with your documents but who knows what they will do at last. So if video calls can be used for KYC/AML it will go along way to restore integrity on both parties. I know a lot of my friends who decline to do any bounty that required KYC and also many who have been denied their reward because they did not do KYC.

I dont think that's possible because not everyone has a good internet connection to do a video call and the biggest hassle of doing video kyc is accommodating thousands of users at the same time. But i think its way better than uploading documents in a company or project that your not sure if you can trust your personal information with.

I think it's too complicated, because it's troublesome for the bounty hunter, he must have a camera and a good signal. and troublesome the bounty Manager because he has to ensure that the data obtained is Valid to report
