I have received some tokens. Should I sell or hold?

You should have to check the tokens potential, if you found token is popular then I think you have to hold & wait for a good price.
Right now market is red so it is also not a good time to sell any token, so better to hold & wait for market bounce.

No company would say that their ICO is now going higher. I advise you to research about the project that your holding on. If you think that the project is worth holding for then hold it.

I think if we not buy it, it is worth to hold. Some projects always get down in market. But if we think it is good, price will back to ICO, developers wouldn't let their token dumped and die that is why it is worth to hold.

I think it's better to wait and not sell the token. From a few tokens after the sale you will not get rich, and in the future the price will be much higher.

I have experienced it. I did hold my coins until the coins that I have drops to about a ten times below the ICO price. It was really not good to see and many got disappointed and they are yelling that these are scams, yet I was not actually considering them as one as I know their hard work. The team did their best but the market was just not so favorable for now. On the other hand there are also coins that have increased in value which I think succeeds in promoting their coins. So I think it is a matter of researching and analyzing when to sell your coins. But I would suggest if you really need it then sell it, if not so important then help the team by holding it.

It depends upon the owner of token if they want to sell or hold. You will be the one who decide to do that. If you want money its better you sell, but if you don't need it now you must be hold. it is your own descession   of what is better for you.

Everyone says to keep the tokens, but mine have ALL lost on average 90% of their value, and if they do not recover it means that I have thrown away thousands of dollars.
There is no sure answer, but it is certain that at this moment there is little to be happy.

Many investors complained that bounty hunters were sell instant after getting tokens and selling below ico prices.
In my opinion, look at the situation there are some really good projects. For myself, i still hold many tokens and just wait for things to get better.
Crypto is unpredictable, there are projects that are underestimated, ended with good price for their token. So it depends on each person, HODL or sell

Yes you are right, cryptocurrency is unpredictable and you will never determine if the market prices are going to pump or not and that is the reason you should hold your coins when the market is dropping.

Notice the volume of transactions each day. And notice the difference between buying and selling. If they are high, you should sell half and hold half. If not, sell 3/4 and keep 1/4.

You can take suggestion but at last you have to decide what you want to do either sell or hold. No one can even say definitely that this token price will rise in future or you should hold it. My opinion is if you need money then you can go for sale and if you don't need money then wait for some increase in price then you can sell. So this is my way to decide if I feel confusion. You are here in crypto market donot afraid to take risk.

If you will ask me about that, I will answer yes just sell it. Even though the token company is saying that the price will go higher but there is no assurance for that. trading is always taking a risk. You should think what is the current situation right now, before you decide what will you do. Its better to listen to those expert in trading rather that wait till the token get higher.

Depends on how well you trust the developers not all coins have their value immediately just make sure to stay updated with all the things that are happening to the token good luck.

The company will never tell you that the price will go down. In such a situation, I suggest you sell half and keep the other half. In case the price eventually falls, you won't loose totally.

In my expirience of bounty hunting I can tell you for sure hold it. Price will go down with first way of bounty hunters sell, best way hold it for 2-3 month and sell afterthat, however more that 90% new coins now falling down after ICO.

I think the best thing you need to do now is to make an intensive research towards the project you're in and don't just believe on hearsay as you might regret what you've done with your tokens. I also encounter such situation wherein I came to that question whether is it good to sell or hold as I hear some people saying something bad about the token I have but I prefer to hold it and after a couple of days I am pretty happy with the result because it goes to the moon and also I observed that it quickly recovers everytime there is a sudden dip.

It depends on - what project tokens you have available. If this project is important and recognized by the community as deserving special attention, then there is no need to sell tokens of such a project. If the project is included in the top-50, then do not rush to sell. In other cases, you can sell.

Do a research, think about the future and the real use. If your token is worthy to hold then hold  . But many ICO projects are being killed by this bear market and price will never go up to reach ICO price :/.

for example, if you have 1000 tokens you sell only 700, the rest you hold if the company says that prices will rise higher. this is to anticipate if one day the price of the token has a high price.

I understand that the rate at which tokens rises and drops may not be encouraging compared to how it was few years back but this shouldn't also make get our tokens and just sell almost immediately we get. I would rather encourage you to keep your tokens and look forward for better days ahead.
Yes! There are better days ahead. If you sell your tokens now you may not get any reasonable profit out of it and this you may regret in the future.

 my opinion is just hold it a bit more.
