Just a reminder: a Neoscrypt CCminer is underdevelopment for Nvidia GPUs like 750TI The Block Factory Neoscrypt mining pools using 128Diff is achieving 150khs per 750TI GPU as an example. Early access is avaliable for BTC pledges, very low pledge level. Crowdfunding campaign is nearly finished. Personal Message djm34 for pledges to gain early access. So if I want to mine at the block factory, I need to donate to them?
Also, setting up a config file for minerD, whats the command line look like for neoscrypt? Is it the same as for regular old scrypt? I have this set up for TBF:
minerd.exe -o stratum+tcp://stratum.gun.theblocksfactory.com:3330 -u -p
Edit: and also, pretty much all of the pools in the OP are toast.

Nope, you can mine with official cgminer or cpuminer. That is just news for Nvidia GPU miners, there is a new CCminer mod for neoscrypt, which does 150khs already, 100% share acceptance using the various neoscrypt pools at "The Block Factory" with this difference attached to username "username_diff128"  For you, download the most update CPUminer from this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=712650.0Create a bat file and use this command line for windows: minerd -a neoscrypt -o stratum+tcp://stratum.gun.theblocksfactory.com:3330 -O usernamer.1:password And mine away |

While we are very happy with the other exchanges that we are one - prices are good for GUN on all of those. Cryptopia offers a very unique and ambitious site - Mining Pool, Nodes, Exchanges and Stores all in one site. While the volume there is pretty light at this time, with the amount of promotion/marketing they are doing coupled with the large number of coins and exchange opportunities, we could not ask for better visibility for GUN. So once we did the upgrade to the Neoscrypt algo - we never bothered to update them or the Android wallet. If we see a significant demand, we will pursue it further. You can create a new wallet for him on a separate computer, add the coins, backup the file and send him the wallet file along with a wallet download link and directions. I admit it is a lot more hassle that way, but still gets the coins in his hands.... |
