Back to masternodes, I figure a good start for the collateral requirement would be 50,000 GUN or 100,000 GUN per masternodes, would allow up to a few thousand of them with current coin supply of 200 million.
Maybe we should make you the GUN spokesman - GUN is now up to 212 sats from around 150 a few hours ago....LOL...Keep talking dabs..... |

Something I've noticed on the exchange, is that there is a LOT of buys and not many sells (I can't make this up, it's recorded). That speaks well of the guncoin community, who see the long term and aren't into the pump and dump!!

GUN has been trading consistently over 200 Sats all afternoon - volumes are still very very high as well. hopefully that is our new base until our next set of releases.

About two months ago and then again 2 weeks later, I asked here for some assistance from developers, legal, marketing, etc. and got nothing. I then found excellent resources on my own. NOW, I get 10 emails a day wanting to help on everything imaginable....LOL.
FYI, in answer to some other emails.......
1) YES, we are evaluating our website to upgrade some of the features and appearance......
2) YES, we are working on updating our Users Guide and it WILL include our Roadmap and much much more.
3) YES, we are creating GUN brochures in PDF format that you can download from the website to pass out at Gun Shows.
4) YES, we do more than sit around while the programmers right code!
Technically, I guess you can consider all that part of our Roadmap. Thanks so much for your patience and support!

Wow. Thanks to Dabs for recommending this coin to me. I hope it isn't just some random pump/dump, but it doesn't seem like it is.
The key to getting these coins big is just mass-marketing. Literally just hype it up as much as possible, with some tech to back it up, of course, but mainly just hype it.
That's how most of the top 100 coins have no working products, yet they are in front of many coins that are actually good tech-wise, but have less marketing/no ICOs.
AKA: SpectreCoin being behind Verge, and Substratum in front of SHIFT.

Guys i have a question... at Cryptopia if you click on Gun info it says that the total supply is half a billion whereas 200mill and CMC. am i missing something?

CMC is often inaccurate, so I wouldn't be surprised.
GUNCOIN has a MASSIVE opportunity as the only coin of its type.
I find it impossible that 6 million USD will be the top market cap.
Not when there's an NRA with 6 million members, and a lot more people who can simply invest in this coin.
This will go big.

They are both correct, but in different ways. GUN will have a total supply someday of 500,000,000 (half a billion), but the current supply is basically 200 million at this time. |

Yes, the total supply when all is said and done is 500MIL and we are at 200MIL now. See our OP and website. Just like BTC and all the others at certain points as they ae mined, the number of mined coins is cut in half, so it will be a very very long time in getting there. You will probably see some adjustments in this in a future code build. |

Have you contacted any members of the NRA representatives? That should be the fastest avenue of marketing this thing quickly.
Millions of gun lovers and 2nd amendment advocates. This is the only crypto I know of that actively aims to facilitate retail gun sales.

All the pools that allow you to mine GUN are listed on the website and OP. We have seen no recent complaints on any of them and think they are all working well that we know of. |

As many of you are aware, Cryptopia is struggling with the massive growth they have experienced over the past year and even more so, the past few weeks. As such, they have quit accepting new users and transfers are very slow. We have talked with them on one occasion and know them to be good and honest business people. The massive surge of new crypto users has crippled many exchanges, pools and even some coins. What this all means is that in the middle of our recent surge in worldwide popularity, potential new GUN users cannot get access to our coins at this time on Cryptopia.....So here are my thoughts on this.....
1) There are other ways to sell and buy coins - I will NOT mention any here, nor will I endorse any other methods. Should you be contacted and asked to sell your coins, please proceed with extreme caution with any private exchanges. None of these are endorsed in ANY way by the GUN Team. The use of an escrow service, such as is run by Dabs, is an option for both buyer and seller.
2) We fully support and applaud the valiant efforts of Cryptopia to keep going and satisfy their growing customer base. I highly recommend that no one bail out on them or criticize their efforts. They will get back to being stable and accepting new members and all will be fine. Please be patient with them - Do not add to their difficulty.
3) The GUN Project is NOT a race to get ahead of anyone or make fast money today or tomorrow - although many have very recently. As I have said many times, GUN is here for the long term. While our recent run-up in price is great and long overdue, our short term goals with coin upgrades are very clear - those goals are independent of our coin price. In other words, coin prices do not drive our actions. Our actions drive the coin prices - we just proved that in the past few weeks. We are working just as hard today with a price of 175 as we were weeks ago when the price was 25 sats and will be in the future when we break 1000 (we all hope).
4) Eventually, with the rapidly growing popularity of GUN, we will be on other exchanges and this will be behind us. At this time, we are in contact with other exchanges about being listed - I will NOT disclose them at this time. Of course, there is red tape and costs associated with getting listed on any exchanges. Few exchanges are EVER free.
So for those newbies frustrated at the inability to buy GUN today, this is ONLY a temporary situation and there is no reason to panic. The time will come in a few days, when GUN will again be available and there will be plenty to buy I am sure on Cryptopia or where ever else there may be. In the big picture of things, this is all great news. How many of you thought a year ago thought that GUN would be selling between 150-200 sats and the exchange would bog down under all the buying selling traffic? Honestly, all of this is really good news for GUN......let's call it growing pains and keep moving forward! Again, thanks for your patience and support!

dont think the wild ride is over, it has just begun. i began buying guncoin with the intention of going to 1$ dollar or more, if u implement private features, i think the coin can get over 20$ easily, everybody wants private coins these days. we will see how far this will go, im holding for now. whatever it might be, coin is extremely undervalued for the hard work devs are putting in and the commitment i see in this thread. i bet if people just noticed this, then it will be a nice ride .
