Stop comparing ETH with BTC!!!!!!!!

I fully support your opinion that there is no point in comparing projects that differ greatly among themselves. I do not understand why to do this, because there are indeed other opportunities to compare but not these projects.

Both don't compete with each other, so we don't need to compare them with each other. That doesn't make sense, for me ETH and BTC are the best cryptocurrency and both can control the market.

Technically speaking both coins are very different from one another. They are made with different purposes and comparing them is actually useless. Maybe people are comparing the two in terms of popularity because the two cryptos are actually the two most popular crypto in the world. Another is also their value because they both have large market cap.

In my opinion, there would be no need comparing them because they both have different usecase, but looking at it from another angle what people meant when the both are being compared is acceptability. They are both the most used coin but i think Bitcoin has a wider range for the now.

usually comparing ethereum with bitcoin is a new trader whose bitcoin education is not too much so that they are still confused with bitcoin and ethereum, there are many assumptions that ethereum and bitcoin can be compared, whereas bitcoin and ethereum have different platforms.

I think the comparison between Bitcoin and Ethereum is very reasonable. And that must be debated because everyone knows the advantages and disadvantages of these two coins. So people will be more interested in investing in Bitcoin and Ethereum.

compare both cryptos will not be endless. bitcoin has the ability and also a great potential as well as the incredible market domination. but so is the case with the ethereum has advantages of its own as an altcoin at best. When the two are compared then, of course, everything will be considered best because even they also have fans each.

People always compaire ETH with BTC telling us that ETH is the best cryptocurrency. I really doubt that because looking at these two coins, although they are all blockchain based currencies but to me BTC is doing far better than ETH. BTC was created before ETH but look at the performances and judge it yourself. I really do not want to talk much about this issue. Guys what do think about what I am arguing about?

Actually, it is very unfair when comparing between ETH and BTC because the purpose of both is very different and the value is also different

There's no doubt in your argument that Bitcoin is better than Eth but that's to a certain point. I prefer Eth to bitcoin now because most of the trading done now boils down to Eth. Bitcoin is the first, but don't you think with good management and building eth might come to surpass it. It's not impossible.

I agree with you, it is true that Bitcoin is far better than ETH and based on years, BTC was first present in the Crypto world, but in my opinion both coins have uniqueness and strength still, each coin is not only seen in price, but rather also seen from the function and benefits of each coin itself.

You are also drawing a comparison between the two coins. I don't think the comparison of BTC and ETH is necessary. Their blockchains and functions are different.

True, I totally agree with you, both coins use diffrent technology and we can´t exactly say which one is the best.
Both are good and it is good to hodl both because we do not know which one will be more successful.

I think it's wrong to compare bitcoin and ethereum. These are two completely different cryptocurrencies. They have different goals and different functions. The ethereum blockchain spawned a huge array of tokens and ICO Projects.

I think that BITCOIN is still the best crypto one can invest in, even if I also invested in Ethereum like many of this forum users.
It's the oldest one, it's trusted by anyone in crypto, it has same problems of high fees and slow transactions but really, actually we don't need so fast transactions..

I think this argue never stops, maybe it is good to not compare ethereum and bitcoin with each other because they have differences in such way that they differ in value and also they differ in volume of coins in the market. Now, we should just hope that the two coin would give us good value this year for earning profits.

you're right and I agree with you, comparing bitcoin and ethereum is a useless thing they are not in competition and they are interdependent with each other in this ecosystem. I guess people who compare btc and eth are just a waste of time.

I support the opinion because I think that there is nothing useful in it. These projects today take their places in the infrastructure of the cryptocurrency sector and it simply does not make sense to compare them.

Ethereum can't overtake bitcoin ofcourse because Ripple or XRP coin can beat ethereum also because its shown now. But all altcoins is far to overtake bitcoin because it can't defeat everyone.

What can we do when the crypto market is weak like today? Is it enough just to compare between Bitcoin and Ethereum. Is not every coin has its own privileges and functions. For me everything is good and it depends on how we think.  Thank you!
