fees on CAT are static (usually fees are really static or returned by the api system)
Binance is a little different and more complex to manage. CAT is not able to get the real fee. So fee exposed by CAT for Binance should be  considered as "an approximation".

I hope they will fix this on their side because i don't want to write a fix to manage these kind of errors on Exchange sides.
This is only bad programming, lack of any basic software engineering approach.

To be honest i'm very upset about bad programming skill/approach on Exchange api systems.

- They changes parameters
- They change parameter formats
- They didn't version the API
- They didn't care about user problems

In the future i will drop support for all exchanges who are not able to offer a STABLE api system and they continue hard-fork the production api system without versioning and without consider all the problems they will cause to users who use Bots like CAT.

you can't, it's a BOT, otherwise you should trade manually.
you can let cat don't perform some action setting some parameters that can "manipulate" the algorithm behaviour.
