LOL  Cheesy
This pretty much sums up what's wrong with the sotware and small hardware market.

- C.A.T. is not an hardware, you cannot send me back a copy (even if you want)
Fortunately, that's your problem. Not the problem of your customers. Only select services are exempt from the refund policy. Such as plane tickets or goods such as meat or milk, for obvious reasons. If i buy software online, such as microsoft word or an app from the google store, i can request an refund within 14 days.

Because you've forgotten to state a return policy, you'll have to refund the value (in your or the customer's local currency) of the product at time of purchase if anyone wants to return your product.

local lawsuit which i can't bother to lookup right now.

Man, do you want to buy C.A.T.?

Your statements are very funny : first of all I am Sampey, not Bill Gates, and i'm selling a digital goods only for BTC (in my Country BTC = Huh).
I'm a single one person and i'm offering a product that works good (you can see my 130+ Positive Feedbacks in my profile) and i'm not here to be scamming by someone.

Let's see what appens if i apply the refund policy you're talking about

I Release C.A.T. 3.4

A - You buy, you pay, you get your copy.
B - 2 Days after you ask me for a refund.
C- I Refund.
D- you send me back what? A Copy/Paste of the File? Very funny.
E - So, you continue using C.A.T. 3.4 (because it's obvious....)
F - I Release C.A.T. 3.5
Restart from point A

Please...... Grin

I have no interest in buying cat, nor i know anyone that owns, has owned, or is planning on buying C.A.T.. I'm merely informing you of the fact that your TOS is completely invalid. The fact that bitcoin is not money is also irrelevant, if you accepted large amounts of toothpicks as payment what i've said in my previous post still applies. Don't forget to declare taxes on those toothpicks.

And yes, i can buy C.A.T., request a refund, and continue using it. But A) that's your problem, not mine. B) i would be breaking the law if i would.

You registered only to post here? Probably you're someone who is trying to sell his bot but you are not able to get as many customers i have.
If not, try to use your spare time in better ways.

This topic is for C.A.T. users and users interested in Buy C.A.T.
You're not one of them, so Bye bye.

Yes is my problem.
This is the reason for my Term Of Service : i'm not here to be scammed.

Term of service won't change. Is that clear? If not i can write you in 30 languages, but Tos won't change.

I'm not new here, i have been following this topic since december last year. It saddens me that the same person who has received so much feedback during that time regards consumer's right with about the same value as used toilet paper.

I don't care if you change your TOS or not. I just want you and your customers to be aware of their rights. In fact, an TOS which is so absurd is actually an advantage to customers who know their rights well.

Hi  Wink
someone posted some gains log on the original topic : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=329168.msg3531165#msg3531165

Users usually doesn't tell how much BTC they use to make profit and they didn't posts gains log.

When i first release C.A.T. (more than 1 year ago) there were much users compare their gains.
sometimes someone write me a PM with something like "I have Roi" but nothing more  Grin

I've posted, in the past, an open source application (created by myself and one friend) which i use to collect my own trading profits based on python and matplotlib:
https://github.com/sDessens/Bitcoin-Exchange-Crawler/

Given the amount of clicks i've gained with that link (about.. one unique click..), the C.A.T. community does not seem to be interested with keeping their profit data even for personal uses.

It's open source. If you don't trust me, review the code yourself.

Yes but some users use C.A.t. with more than 100+ open markets at the same time, and RAM use could be very different  Grin
