Just tested the site today with high rolling and it looks like it's forcing you to wager your own deposit - why not do what Stake is doing, you can deposit and must wager at least once (not twice, even if the odds don't matter)... or maybe it's only once but sports wagering doesn't count and then it needs to be fixed?

If you are pertaining to lock BCD bonus, They do this type of bonus system so that players can redeem the bonus anytime they want. Bc.game doesn’t expired but rather just lock so you can redeem it slowly while leveling up you VIP level status through wager.

I’m not a fan of lock bonus too but I understand the benefits of it if you are a regular player in the casino since you can claim that bonus anytime you want compared to other bonus that expires if you didn’t complete within the duration time.

I'm not quite sure which wagering requirement you are referring to, is it wagering requirement to unlock the BCD? If it is, does it something that will not affect our gameplay? I mean we are not forced to wager, we can use our balance as we wish (deposit is not locked) since the BCD is just like a bonus for player's wagering activity in bc.game. It is unlike the most common deposit bonus where our deposit is locked until we complete the wagering requirement. Although to unlock BCD has high wagering requirement but it is still better than deposit bonus imo. Correct me if I understand it wrongly.

As the same experience with making a withdrawal, it immediately takes just a few minutes and not taking too hours and this removes the players doubt with the casino because they process immediately the withdrawals of their users, and its a good and thumbs up move.

I understand your concern now and also there’s a lot other technical issue and bug about bc.game including the withdrawal function after KYC and many more. Do you try to contact them through email support. I also try to use their live support feature without any account login. Try to logout then contact support using the live support icon.

If support won't work then go to their telegram channel which is available on the bottom page. Bc.game representative is very rare to online and answer question here. I believe that this is really a bug after reasing a lot of same complaints on our local gambling group on social media for bc.game. I think they are reducing bonus now to the players.

Yeah in the past week I saw a lot of updates related to bonus requirements for example the wager target increases to X60 and all inhouse games only contribute 5% to wager progress this means that this game cannot be relied upon to complete the challenges and wager's requirements. You are spot on. It might be better than a deposit bonus and we are not forced to wager to unlcokc our BCD, it is also not appealing to do it, just because of the high wagering requirement. Lol No doubt about it but no casinos will do it because it will be bad for their bankroll. 40-50x is standard wagering requirement for deposit bonus, it wont be possible to be implemented to unlock the BCD in BC.game. If you own a casino with the same system, pretty sure you will not implement 40-50x or even 100x for the requirement to unlock your own coin which can be converted to real money. Casino is calculating every promotion/bonuses so it will be healthy for them to run it without a big risk to affect their overall bankroll/financial.

As long as your account is not flagged and you don't cheat, even if you play honestly, I'm sure there won't be any problems with your account. Some casinos also do things like instant and fast withdrawals. Unless your account is really flagged, it usually takes a long time for the withdrawal process and they will perform an audit usually taking a few hours or a few minutes.

I can only speculate and I reckon that the team's reason might be because they are presently trying to gather a loyal group of users who who are longterm bettors for BC.game. They might also want more users who will be leaving their funds on the site than the players who immediately withdraw after playing. I reckon similar to a banks, this might be easier and helpful for the site's internal cashflow.
