Not taking sides or anything, and I haven`t even followed what`s been going on with BC.GAME, which used to be one of my/our favorite sites.

And nobody knows why they did what they did and left the forum. The accusations were too many and their responding system was very poor to handle those cases and for leaving the forum, people took them as scamming casino. Or maybe they want to rebuild their casino again in the third time. Casinos that like to continue their business amidst  the scam accusations pay withdrawal instantly to some so they will support the system. That is the same method 1xbit is using too.

Some people suspect that this casino is controlled by different owners well maybe this is the reason why the service/support feels worse, I still remember when the withdrawal problem from one of the users on this forum reached $7 million precisely in July 2024 and it was successfully completed but entering 2025 everything seems to have changed and new accusations unresolved, it's suspected  this is the new owner phase. If you have an account here, you may have noticed that since then there no more promo/bonus offers via email, right? even though we usually get it at least once a month. Yeah I'm not accusing this casino scam but we should be more careful.

In my opinion, what happened with this casino might be one of those cases where two or more people create a business, and when the business achieves great success, but only one of the partners receives more attention, the other partners decide to take their share of the partnership and leave the casino. As a result, the person who remains managing the casino has little cash flow but many clients to pay, and even so, doesn't inform all the clients and doesn't close the casino. They prefer to continue with the business. I saw that they have many complaints against them on Trustpilot and are making an effort to respond to each complaint. But they are not responding to the scam accusation against them in this forum.

And they stopped cooperating with holydarkness as a mediator after he acted as a contact bridge and succeeded to help solving many disputes. Instead, they created an account who showed many acts of unprofessionalism. However, many others still use bcgame without issues which confirm it is a selective scam, just like 1xbit and 1xbet. I guess they avoid being in dispute with users from some juridictions or with high reputed profiles like efialtis as they know his status in bitcointalk forum. I would never suggest to anybody to use bcgame casino and advice for efialtis to avoid using it especially there are a lot of better alternatives.

In that case, BC and their associates were supposed to have some signed agreement in which the capital which was investment and what supposed to be used to keep the casino going was supposed to stay within the casino itself, in order to keep it going indefinitely, of course, giving each one of those associates their part of the earning of the business.

It is not fair a service which rely so heavily on trust and initial investment to go south because partners decided to go each one on their way.

I did not know that was the situation of BC game, I just thought they ran out of money because of some bad business choices, I didn't know it was about founders going sauer to one another.

They no longer care about this forum, but I believe they are using the strategy employed by major scammers, which consists of paying people who own review sites with a large number of referrals. This way, they ensure they don't have to pay people without influence, and the casino scam continues to receive more new customers from review sites. This type of scam is something done by major scammers; it's all well-studied and well-planned. But part of the blame lies with people who don't research other sources and immediately rush to create an account at the casino.

I did not know that was the situation of BC game, I just thought they ran out of money because of some bad business choices, I didn't know it was about founders going sauer to one another.

I was just speculating about what might have happened in the past with this casino scam. It could also be that the owner stole money and then realized he needed more and reopened the casino. Because this casino had stopped operating for a while in the past and then resumed activities and became a scam again, if I'm not mistaken.

You have a very good point but such shouldnt be, if two or more person's managed to start a business that turned out very successful, the number one priority should be the business and how to sustain it to keep it successful, priority shouldnt to walk away collecting a share of the business revenue that could put the business in great danger.

I would say that it's probably a bunch of kids who started this casino and obviously lack the right knowledge to keep the business running after without issues after their accidental success.
Assuming what you said is really what happened, what could they have done differently? What they could have done differently is that those who wants to leave the business and wants their share from the business revenue, they would have to make do with an amount that won't put the business at risk, the business can owe them and pay little by little until they are paid off completely, in a case where they refuse this, then the one who is left to manage the business can take the matter to court for settlement.

Someone clearly did not know what to do in order to maintain the good reputation of the casino, and the main problem came from the customer support department.
Imagine creating an account and claiming it's going to help with the complaints, and then it just starts ignoring any that popped up. I didn't bother playing in the casino because I just imagined the pain I would have to go through in case I had an issue with my account.

You are right but guess what, it's not every one that is that nice, and also It depend on how they managed to start the company, maybe and probably there were no written rules and agreements and to ensure that even if one or more party gets tired and wants to leave, they won't have the right to make any decisions or be granted any request that would jeopardise the continues existence and thriving of the company.

So as such rules are not available to protect the company, those who wants to leave the company might come up with a mentality that if they are no longer going to be part of the company, then the company must cease to exist, and I personally assume this might be exactly what has happened to bc.game, I've always suspected the casino was formed by a group of kids, bc.game might be a side project that turned out big and successful in a manner those involved never expected, then operating the company become overwhelming for them as they began to make alot of money 😂

But im this way, this means that bcgame scam casino is using the review platform as a trap to hunt more victims. Efialtis shouldn't make judgments only based on his personal experience. I don't know if he is aware about the big number of accusation topics against bcgame. Despite all these accusations, BCgame still has a good domination in the crypto gambling industry. Their reputation has been damaged in this forum, their ratings are also bad in Trustpilot. Users of India are still making deposits with INR by ignoring the huge number of reports related to INR payments. I think the deposit volume and user activity are still high at BCgame for the wide range of sponsorship deals. Also, a lot of users like 'efialtis' are playing without any issues.

If they had at least resolved the all accusations first before disappearing from the forum, it would have preserved their reputation here. I considered bcgame one of the best casinos on this forum, they ran incredible campaigns.

Many of these casinos, when they grow too big, are forced to become regulated, obtain more demanding licenses and stop frequenting the forum, as was the case with sportsbet, which left without accusations ASAIK and made a great farewell.

They may be using the old strategy of selective payments, which consists of processing withdrawals only from owners of casino review sites, but only casino review sites that have many active referrals on the site, because in this way they ensure that they continue to have new customers. They know that even if a new customer is not paid and complains on the review site, the owner of the review site will not believe the person and will not do anything, and everything will continue to run "normally" for the casino owner.

sometimes i think that we are in some kind of echo chamber here on the forum, because outside of the forum very few seem to care about it.

but if the deposit numbers are to be trusted (this doesn't count for fiat deposits which i think makes up a big % of their volume, or bitcoin deposits), they've been slowly losing volume/deposits.
unless they fix their shit or at least try, they will slowly bleed out, and the competition won't exactly give them any breaks.

It is a licensed casino but this seems not to have any valid impact over the scam practices of the casino. In the last case in court in Curacao, the casino has just filled a bankruptcy demand then went take a license from another country juridiction after scamming the winnings of one player worth $1,5m.

Considering the huge number of deposits per year, it seems that bcgame is well known as a scam platform exclusively in bitcointalk forum where dozens of scam accusation threads can be found. The majority are still not aware about their scam practices without any need to search about reputation updates.

This cases is visible since before and this gives issues which there are people criticize them towards those concerns. Even they are running a good promotion and active in this forum before, they received lots of complaints and some of it didn't get any response. That action of continue ignoring them raise lots of alerts and their silence became a big issue to some people got issues with them.

And those situation happen contribute on their downfall and we are seeing the effect of it now. If they just manage to pay attention with those issues and shows that they are helping people with their concern, maybe they are still running and people will post something nice towards their casino in this thread.
