Try checking your promotional email. The bonus offered is a welcome back bonus. They send promo codes via email to customers who are no longer active. But it seems that the email is also sent according to events, such as Christmas and New Year. 
I never claimed the bonus, but I’m not sure whether the bonus is designated for specific games or is free to use.

Yes, maybe your email has a separate category for promotion which auto filter all the casino promotion emails. I have this category on my email that I use for casino registration while my regular email doesn’t have this promotion category.

Same here, I've been in a lot of gambling sites and I don't use their bonuses especially the deposit bonus. The wagering requirement is challenging but doable but I'm not really after their bonus that's why I mostly skipped it, the most bonus that I got is just a free spins, rake backs, cash backs  and since it doesn't have a wagering requirements, that's the only bonus that I appreciated and accepted.
