Ouh means not all fiat deposits/withdrawals have problems, because I myself am a little afraid of depositing into casinos using fiat, the reason is that it will be considered an illegal transaction by my country or my own bank account, so I always avoid fiat deposits.
There was an incident a few weeks ago where a casino on this forum, opened an office in my country behind closed doors but in the end was caught by the police and all were arrested along with a lot of account card evidence.

Is it possible that Indian gambling transactions are illegal? It’s definitely illegal if gambling itself is illegal in your country. Based on what I read in one of the threads here, when you deposit fiat to BC.Game, you usually have to go through a third-party processor. That third party is the one actually handling the transaction, deciding whether it gets forwarded to BC.Game or not. Someone pointed out something that makes sense too, in cases like this, it’s often the third-party merchant that ends up being the problem or the actual scam, not necessarily the casino itself.

Honestly, variance is just wrecking anybody who stands in its way.. Gambling in illegal spots.. It's extra risky, but the math stays the same. House edge always wins eventually. Blaming casinos usually is just coping. Math doesn't care about anyone's excuses.

So if GCash ends up blocking or freezing those funds, I wouldn’t automatically blame BC.Game, since the failure clearly happened on the payment processor’s side. For me, it’s simple logic: gambler → payment processor (success) → BC.Game gambler → payment processor (failed) → payment processor issue If the transaction never reaches the casino, then responsibility shouldn’t be forced on them. That’s where people need to separate an actual scam from a payment system problem.

There are issues with both fiat deposits and withdrawals, and the number of complaints is too much about this. So, BCgame team is somehow responsible for the issue here even if the issue is completely related to the payment processors. Because they aren’t able to solve those issues properly, yet they continue to keep that fiat payment system, which is creating a lot of trouble.

Exactly the point I was going to make, whatever is happening with the payment processors that bc.game is using to recieve funds from their customers, the casino is completely responsible because they are the ones who choose this payment processors and not the other way round, a good business management team will ensure that their clients are satisfied with their services at all times, if a partner of the business which clients have to go through is causing issues for the clients, the business have to either call the partner to order or better still terminate the partnership and look for another service to partner that they are sure will give the clients peace of mind. So, as long as users aren't the ones who choose this payment processors, the management of bc.game need to sit up to their responsiblity if they really care about their customers, they should stop keeping quiet and pretending the issue doesn't concern them.

It’s time to share my experience with BC.game. Earlier last year, I was lucky enough to win a $50 bonus. To withdraw it, I had to wager $100, which is a fairly high requirement. In the withdrawal menu, after each bet it showed how much wagering was still required, and once I reached that level, the withdrawal option became available. However, after I requested the withdrawal, my account was immediately blocked. I noticed this about an hour later when the funds had not arrived in my wallet. I tried to log in to my account but could not, due to a block. The blocking message recommended contacting support to restore access. I wrote to the email address and received a form that I needed to fill out. I completed it, but never received any response. Later I contacted online support on the website, where I was told that my account could not be unblocked, and that I would not receive the USDT either. Maybe BC.GAME can clarify this situation, because I was unable to withdraw the funds. By the way, in my experience this is the first casino present on this forum that has blocked my account when I tried to withdraw money. Unfortunately, the issue of non-existent (or unhelpful) support at BC.Game has been coming up a lot lately, and it seems to be increasing, at least in terms of scam accusations here in the forum and on various complaint platforms. It would be interesting to know why this is the case, as it cannot be in the interest of a casino to alienate its customers, primarily because of the associated bad reputation. However, your assumption that a casino will initially block payouts if someone pays out more than they have ever deposited – or has never deposited – makes perfect sense. This is quite unusual and can really only happen when paying out promotions.

Within BC.Game, repeated interactions over months show a consistent pattern:

Different names and genders
Different times and channels

Always end with the same conclusion
Eventually, every escalation converges on the same outcome: “Coco has reviewed the case and the decision is final.” Why this matters Coco does not appear to function as an actual escalation authority that users can interact with, submit evidence to, or request an internal review from. Instead, “Coco” operates as a closure point in the support workflow. Once Coco is referenced: - No further discussion is possible
No reassessment can be requested
No human-accessible internal review exists
Even when: The issue has been ongoing for months - Evidence has not been meaningfully addressed
There are contradictions between in-app bonus terms, forum statements, and live support explanations
This is not what users reasonably understand as support or escalation.
Key concern for moderators This is not about whether a decision is ultimately upheld. It is about the absence of a transparent, reviewable process where: - A real internal review can be lodged
A decision maker can be identified as having reviewed the evidence
A user can receive a reasoned explanation rather than a terminal label
At present, Coco appears less like a person and more like the output of a fixed policy, applied identically regardless of context. I am asking for clarity on one point:
Is there a genuine internal review mechanism that a user can access, or is “Coco” the final automated endpoint of support? If such a review exists, my case—and many others—should be eligible for it. If it does not, that should be stated clearly so expectations are honest. I’m happy for moderators to review my case specifically, but more importantly, I believe this structural issue deserves acknowledgment.

That is sad and strange to read that casino block bonus users-winners and forum is the place to get solution, instead of live and default support. This looks like a script that blocks accounts. I might try to predict issue by saying that script block everyone who tries to withdraw amount obtained by any promotion, without having deposited own funds. Or the logic is that you need to wager bonus wagering requirement with own funds. Multiple cases indicate on the problem, but it is sad that bc.game does not fix that.
Let’s assume this is true and there is a script that blocks an account if you try to withdraw a wagered bonus without depositing your own funds. In that case, this should at least be clearly mentioned in the promotion. Or I don’t see any problem with showing a message at the withdrawal stage saying that, in order to withdraw these funds, you still need to wager a certain amount of your own money. But that didn’t happen, instead the account was simply blocked, and the online support states that this is a permanent ban with no possibility of reinstatement. [...]

In the Scam Accusations section, representatives of the relevant casinos read along directly, as do people with good contacts who can therefore help you. Screenshots of your conversations with support or excerpts from emails will definitely help. The more information you provide, the sooner and more effectively we can help you. In fact, I have been quite loyal to BC.Game, because for a short period of time a couple of weeks I participated in their telegram signature campaign. But when my account is blocked without any clear explanation, it raises many questions. After this, I most likely will not play in this casino with my own money, because I do not understand the reason for the ban and I do not want to deposit funds and risk losing them without explanation. I was hoping that this could be resolved in this topic, or with support, but since all my requests are ignored, I will open a topic in the section you indicated.

Today I received an email from BC Game with a bonus code of 50 Free spins. I rolled the wheel and won $34 they we're instantly transferred to my main wallet in BCD. Yes, I can certainly understand the frustration when an account is blocked without being given a specific reason why and how to get the block lifted. Unfortunately, there are currently some scam accusations surrounding BC.Game that describe similar problems, so you are definitely not the only one experiencing this. As I said, there are also people reading this forum who have good contacts with the BC.Game staff. Maybe they can help you with your problem. In any case, I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!

It is similar with account bans in the forum, usually the message sent in user email is very generic. If you want, you can create your support ticket and ask for further information, and this sometimes works, sometimes does not work but it's the only way to figure out what happened with your account and why it was banned. I see there are many complaints with issues from deposit credit and withdrawal approval and processing but it seems their problems resolved after delay. Likely it takes time for BC.Game to contact their local partners for handling issues, which eventually solved but with not comfortable waiting time for users. If they can boost their local partners for better service, they will provide better experience for BC.Game users.
