It’s true, this proved that BC.game is resolving the problem silently. I hope many user that experienced the same problem and resolved do a feedback post to help BC reputation since the recent issues recently hits BC reputation on the forum.
I’m glad we are already getting a hood sign of recovery through resolving known issue from multiple user.
Personally, I don’t use fiat deposit anymore so I can’t give an honest feedback but if I have a chance I will try it to share feedback here.
This is probably to avoid drama, and at the same time they’re handling it professionally, so even if they’re not that active in responding most of the time, seeing this kind of update is still a good sign and it gives more confidence to users. And about those newbies, we think might have real complaints, once their issue gets resolved they usually don’t even bother to update the thread anymore. Which is why it feels unfair for the casino if people only judge them based on those unresolved-looking posts, without knowing what really happened in the end.

Issues were resolved for the user but it might come back if BC.Game won't figure out ways to handle it completely with their local partners. Firstly resolvement for the user is a good movement but as a business, there is always a lot of space for improvement to satisfy customers more, and make your business reputation better, then expanding your business bigger in the future too. I’m glad we are already getting a hood sign of recovery through resolving known issue from multiple user.

As a supporter of BC.Game, I hope that things will be improved, go better for the company and their users too and I believe that BC.Game will be able to do that well.

Others that are following these cases won't be satisfied with that unless it's the majority that will approve of it. But yes, it's good to see that they're handling well these problems of users. Me either, I don't use fiat deposits and mostly cryptos only but never got some issues in it. And in most cases, the fiat deposits and its third party partners are the ones who are having trouble with the process.

There are different options for users and they can choose which option looks best for them, though it is true, it should not be like no need of checking and fixing issues for your users. It is not right in business operational management as asking and challenging users with question like. We have cryptocurrency option that works better and more smoothly than fiat currencies for deposits and withdrawals, why do you still choose fiat currencies, then git problems? It is unright for a business and not fair for users too.

apparently this is what is bc.game considered bonus abuse, they closed his account because he didn't make a deposit.
Was it part of the bonus terms? Did they ask him to make a deposit? As far as I know, they gave him a free bonus with a 2x wagering requirement. This guy did honestly what he was asked to do and he wasn't obligated to make a deposit. That's why I think that a more detailed explanation is needed about why they blocked him. i don't think we are going to get a better explanation. personally, i think the "bonus abuse" is bullshit. they just needed something to blame him for, because however you look at it, it was not bonus abuse, he got a prize from a free contest, finished the wager on it, and tried to withdraw like anyone else would do. i know that because the same thing happened to me the first time i tried to widthraw money from a free bonus. my account didn't get blocked, but i was asked for KYC. i sent a PM to the bc.game account here, and 24 hours later it was fixed. but back then, they cared and had competent staff who dealt with problems. now, it's literally hell if you get a problem.

Of course that is bs. Casino with their one sided decision and without a clear explanation what is abuse, can use that bonus abuse formulation on everything they want. Hit bet without knowing there is a secret rule about deposit - abusing bonus system. That is why I have stopped accepting any bonuses and participating in game and round competitions. (even though there is no connection). I would better gamble only with own money. All those stories about getting problems after using bonus makes me sick. Dont want to be first happy for receiving a bonus, then have a headache because I havent used it properly.

Is crypto gambling illegal in India? I didn't know. ~snip~
A bill was passed in the Parliament of India in August 2025 to ban online gambling. So, online gambling is illegal in India now. But none of the casinos have taken any steps to prevent the users of India from playing at their platform. Only the Yolo group casinos (as example: Sportsbet, Bitcasino, etc) have taken a bold step after this new bill, and changed their operating system completely. But other popular casinos like BC.game and Stake are still accepting the players of India normally.

Not sure but from announcement of Sportsbet months ago, it seems the Yolo group possibly considered closing all their gambling business or scaling down their operations first. About popular approach of online casinos as their compliance to laws and regulations in a nation, they usually don't care much about it especially if that nation is not a big one. They even create mirror sites for people who are from countries that ban online gambling to use their online gambling platforms. Mirror sites are created and used by online gambling companies as supporting tools for their users. They even change their mirror sites with time as adaptation to bypass regulations from some nations and as said to provide possible access to their casinos for users.

So this already feels like a standard now for casinos. If Stake is doing it and people accept it, then BC.Game is really not that different from them. But I’m just curious, would Stake even approve KYC from India, knowing that gambling is illegal there? Because they’re very strict with KYC, you literally can’t gamble without passing it first. So I’m wondering how that works on their side.

I think there is a minimum amount which you can play that wont trigger any kyc. I have played many times in bc.game, made some winnings and withdrawals without ever doing kyc. But always like 30-50 bucks at a time...

I think request to pass KYC depends more not from amount you have used to play but from playstyle. Or it is very individual. About Sanitough case - if they let you register, then casino close eyes on fact that gambling is illegal in country.

Yeah, Stake is accepting the residents and citizens of India normally. BCgame and all other casinos are doing the same thing. None of the casinos added India to their list of restricted jurisdictions after India passed the gambling-ban bill. Because casino operators know that these kinds of laws aren't strictly enforced in India. So, BC.Game, Stake and other casinos still consider India as a gray area for online gambling. As a result, they are approving the KYC verification normally.

I didn't trigger KYC as well, and I had wins & withdrawals much higher than $50. So I think that TopTort is right, playstyle is important... It's how they catch abusers, especially those who just claim free stuff. There are patterns, some people are doing the same things, playing the same games with a similar style, just to wager to complete requirements and withdraw. I am sure they monitor everything, something trigger automatic check that leads to a manual review... and there you go.

I remember Sportsbet.io banned Indian users from using their website after new gambling laws and regulations in India, but you are generally right. Online casinos usually accept people from India despite of the new laws regarding gambling there. Turkey is another example. I know online gambling is banned in Turkey too, but I have never seen any online casino that doesn't accept people from Turkey.

If yes, then your statement actually makes sense, especially for people who are having trouble with gambling in a country where it’s illegal. But if you’re not from a country where gambling is banned, then I agree with you. With amounts in that range, they probably won’t even bother triggering KYC.

I don't use Stake but @Pmalek tested IP bans on some casinos like if they have a nation in restricted area list, will they actually ban IPs from that nation. He tested and got this result, with Stake did exactly what they wrote in ToS. Which casinos have IP blocks in place for restricted countries? It's true with US, UK, France, but perhaps Pmalek did not test all nations.

That’s not what I understand their announcement. They are just closing all their existing marketing since they are preparing on different approach in terms of their license as they seek to move away from gray area of online casino industry which is by avoiding restricted and acquiring license that has strict adherence to regulations. BC is probably having problem on finding a local partner for bank account on India right now. I saw other casino also have temporary disable on fiat deposit specifically on INR.
