If they are having problems for over 3 months with this and unable to fix. That's a very bad thing in my opinion. Can only imagine the no. of people that lost their money because of it. Their support is unhelpful at best, on top of things. Look how silly it can get.


They have verified my Bank statement. They have verified the video proof that I've made the transaction through my payment app(Phone Pe). I have submitted the receipt that is given on the payments app but they are unsatisfied with it. I can only provide what I'm given. I have contacted the payments app support and my bank. They say that I cannot obtain the full UPI details of the merchant for security reasons and that the merchant has enabled that security feature.

Can't they match rest of the info I've provided with the Merchant and confirm about the transaction?

I'll share some more context to this. They are requesting me for something that I cannot obtain. I have told the BC.Game support to google about this and check but they completely ignore and keep asking for the same, like bots. They also refuse to say anything regarding the merchant, if they have asked them or verified with them. They are asking me for something impossible. How do I proceed?


I have spoken to PhonePe(app through which the transaction was made) as well as my Bank. Both have told me they can't help me with this.

PS: by "marked with asterisk" they mean the merchant/receiver's details are not fully visible on the receipt and middle portion of the Payment details are asterisk. Which is a security feature.

I remember there were BTC price prediction contests. (BC.Game - BTC Price Prediction ' May 04 | WIN $50! - last one) If I would have won it, I would not be able to withdraw winnings until I would make a deposit. That is how it works? And I might get banned if risk control system triggers. Weird. I dont see anything anywhere about deposit mandatory. I remember that if bonus code is used (I have received promos on email), there no warning sign about mandatory deposit. They either should fix risk control system, or make huge WARNING SIGN when using bonus code (in case if it is there, but is hidden).

Even if they put deposit condition for withdrawals of the BTC price predictions contest in additions to the wagering requirements, i would still be comfortable with that too provided the site is a trusty one.

Here in BC.GAME we see so many people complaining about the withdrawals and other issues and hence it is not recommended to deposit at this site, at least for me. Even i don't gamble there only because of the trust issues at this site.

If the app masks merchant info, there’s only so much you can provide. You’ve submitted everything available, so it’s really on support to reconcile it. Switching to crypto for deposits usually makes things smoother and faster.
I honestly wouldn't use a sportsbook that essentially has 0 human intervention for support. Once you run into issues that hasn't been thought out before, it'll take forever to fix or will have to wait for some human to come online and look through the issue(which may take forever, since we might just run into an endless bot loop like i'm going through).
I was on the sportsbook's chat just to see if anyone else was having similar issues and what they did to solve, I came across another chatter who didn't know what to do. His withdrawal shows success but the money didn't reflect in his bank account. All that within 5 mins of me joining the chat.

As far as I know, the problem is mostly with fiat deposits. I haven’t really seen many complaints here about crypto deposits failing. It seems like this issue is more on the merchant side and also tied to regulations in certain countries.

For those who are having problems with fiat deposits, mind sharing what country you’re accessing or gambling from?
I think that info could help figure out what’s really causing the issue.
Most of the complaints I’ve seen so far seem to be coming from India, where gambling is illegal, so that might already be a big factor. That’s why I’d also like to hear from gamblers in other countries, just to see how widespread this problem really is, whether it’s limited to one place or happening elsewhere too.

Here in the Philippines, where I’m based, I haven’t really seen many complaints like this, so for now it seems like there’s no major issue on our side.

I do not think that your suggestion is fair because if you check the complaints, they are coming from people using fiat deposit and people who are abusing their bonuses. I'm not saying that all of them deserve the troubles they are going through but a lot of may have violated their TOS. There are thousands of us who do not have issues with both deposits and withdrawals? The issues at hand might take some time but I believe that they can be resolved amicably with patience and cooperation from both sides.

They have CLOSED my case with insufficient documents! What is going on!

I will have to start a scam accusation thread on them now.

Issue has been resolved. I managed to source the UPI ID of the merchant, shared it with support along with rest of the proofs, thankfully it worked.

Good luck with the case your raised. Hopefully they’ll respond now that you’ve opened a scam accusation.

As a gambler, it’s honestly hard to judge your situation, since the documents you submitted to them aren’t something we can verify ourselves. For now, it’s basically your side of the story versus theirs.

Still, I’m hoping BC.Game will respond properly, especially since you’re an old member and you already know how this community works. It would be good to hear their side and get some clarity on this.

BC Game scam accusatoin has been available for review / response. I think this information is appropriate for scam accusation.
I visited the scam accusation thread you've mentioned but I see no reply from the BC.game representative. However, I don't believe it was ignored or not read. Maybe it is because, with the number of scam accusations against the casino, some complaints might be skipped. Or he prioritizes old complaints.

But seeing some developments on the other thread. You can't be hopeless for not getting addressed. I think the best thing you can do is to DM him and provide sufficient evidence of your complaints for a faster response.

I wish you good luck in resolving your issue! My recent experience with their representative and support team trying to unblock my account and withdraw my winnings has proven fruitless. They simply ignore me without explanation. So I can say that their support team and representative here on the forum are terrible. If they want to, they'll simply ignore you or respond with boilerplate responses.

I also wanted to ask you, why did you decide to deposit fiat instead of crypto?

I am glad to know that your issue was resolved, and I also like the direction BC.Game is taking regarding resolving issues that come up here in the forum. I can already see a reduced number of fresh scam accusations in the scam accusation board, which signals that there are some reforms in the customer support system. We hope the trend continues in that positive direction.

Is crypto gambling illegal in India? I didn't know. Funnily, lots of people who work in casinos are Indian people. BC.Game doesn't directly state in their ToS that gambling is illegal in India but they mention that you must not use BC.Game's service if you are from a country where access to online gambling is prohibited. I don't have access to Indian VPN, so can anyone check if they receive a restriction popup message on BC.Game when you access the website via Indian IP? By the way, I just found out that Nagaland and Sikkim, which are states in India, allow certain online gaming.

Congratulations and thank you for coming back to inform us that your issue gave been resolved. That shows that BC.Game is indeed poised to resolving legitimate issues as they should because they have earned a good reputation as a big casino plus sportsbook.  Apart from those that have issues with fiat deposit and withdrawals, I have not seen much issues with people that use cryptocurrency. Let's hope that the fiat issue will be solved just like your case.

That ain't it. Gambling is indeed banned in India based on my research, but that does not mean that it's the reason behind those FIAT deposits failing. If thay were the case, you would have seen similar scam accusations against other sites regarding the same, but that didn't happen.

Their payment provider messed up somehow plain and simple. This could have all been avoiding by just sticking to crypto in the first place for deposits and withdrawals.

I am glad to know that your issue was resolved, and I also like the direction BC.Game is taking regarding resolving issues that come up here in the forum. I can already see a reduced number of fresh scam accusations in the scam accusation board, which signals that there are some reforms in the customer support system. We hope the trend continues in that positive direction.
Congratulations and thank you for coming back to inform us that your issue gave been resolved. That shows that BC.Game is indeed poised to resolving legitimate issues as they should because they have earned a good reputation as a big casino plus sportsbook.  Apart from those that have issues with fiat deposit and withdrawals, I have not seen much issues with people that use cryptocurrency. Let's hope that the fiat issue will be solved just like your case.
Resolution had nothing to do with the forum, to be honest. I had to do some detective work and some lateral thinking to somehow fulfill their unreasonable request. Usually the UTR number(Unique Transaction Reference) should be enough as proof of transaction. A screenshot on top of it just as an additional confirmation. I had to not just send in my bank statement as proof but also a 3rd person video view of my phone looking at my home screen and navigate it though to the transaction history and show them. AND STILL IT WASN'T ENOUGH. They weren't satisfied with it. That being said, it could be a goof up from the payment provider who kept denying the deposit receipts and other evidence of payment provided. I don't know.

Thanks for this kind of update. It’s good to see that the casino was able to help you resolve the issue, even if it took some time.

And also, posting this also helps others who might face the same problem. Instead of immediately coming here and accusing a casino of scamming, they can see that sometimes it’s just a small issue that gets resolved once the proper process is followed.

I'd be happy if they unblocked my account and explained the reason for the blocking. Hell, I'd even happily make a deposit and wagered it, because I genuinely liked this casino. But when they allow themselves to block it like this and justify it with cliched phrases, it's definitely off-putting. I don't believe they'll unblock my account because there hasn't been a response since my last email, even though I asked for an explanation of the exact reason for the blocking. They just ignore me, but I'm not too upset and am now playing at another casino, where I also won a bonus and have already made a deposit just in case!  Cool
You shouldn't give up. Post it a few more times, remind them that you haven't given up and want to get this problem resolved and I'm sure sooner or later they'll respond. There have been many similar cases in the history of Bitcointalk when users weren't getting their funds but finally received it because of the pressure from the community.

apparently this is what is bc.game considered bonus abuse, they closed his account because he didn't make a deposit.
Was it part of the bonus terms? Did they ask him to make a deposit? As far as I know, they gave him a free bonus with a 2x wagering requirement. This guy did honestly what he was asked to do and he wasn't obligated to make a deposit. That's why I think that a more detailed explanation is needed about why they blocked him.

It’s true, this proved that BC.game is resolving the problem silently. I hope many user that experienced the same problem and resolved do a feedback post to help BC reputation since the recent issues recently hits BC reputation on the forum.

I’m glad we are already getting a hood sign of recovery through resolving known issue from multiple user.

Personally, I don’t use fiat deposit anymore so I can’t give an honest feedback but if I have a chance I will try it to share feedback here.
