Often pointed out necessary improvements like the for example ridiculous/slow/draft sending and absolute clueless "live" support is only one of the countless reasons this site is not worth my (or anybody's) time. Nothing has been improved in the time I used the site, it has only become worse.
Recently new appearing scam accusations against the site are also concerning, as is the silence of the BD rep in here. Here you only see a fraction of them, their discord server is full of complaints, which is alarming.
I will delete this thread from my watch list and will not address this any longer. I still had claimable bonuses like the monthly on the 15th, the weekly tomorrow and several recharges but I rather move on from this shitshow immediately than spending 1 more second on this ridiculous place. If they will spend forever to check a win with pragmatic that is crazy. They should talk to me but they haven't. I feel defeated. I wish I could post a happy story that they gave my payout but I fear it will be a never ending story of people making excuses that they are checking with pragmatic until I give up.

I respect your decision of closing the account on BCgame. It is a good decision to close the account while you aren't satisfied with the services of a casino. But at the same time, I disagree with the bold part here. It is clear that your decision is primarily based on the losses, and you had a long unsuccessful gambling session on BCgame. I just opened the site with my mobile phone and it opened without any delay - have you tried opening it with a different device or browser? Or try connecting to a different network and see if that’s the issue.
