It is under review for Gambling Act and potential changes in future. With current information, advertisements from gambling will not totally be taken off, but only in-front-of shirts at the end of 2025-2026 seasons. Advertisements at other places on shirts and on field will continue before any more regulations on it, with stricter restrictions on advertisements from gambling brands.

When the government in the UK finishes their Review on Gambling Act 2005, and launch a new version of the Act, we will have a clearer picture on this advertisement regulation.

That's the dumbest idea that government can do. They did it in my country but the internet is still full of local casino advertisements and the government can't control it. Almost every website, local or global that I visit, is full of local casino advertisements unless I visit them via a VPN. The number of casino or sportsbook users hasn't decreased either.

Most of the projects have got that portion for their advisors and even though bc.game has been experienced they've been in the business for so long. Now there is a new government in the UK maybe they will take a strong stance against the number of partnerships between the vast number of different gaming/betting platforms and virtually every club in the whole football league. Along with that, the Premier League is where most of their promotions are being broadcast therefore the majority of focus will be there. Eventually when the review is complete it is probably going to change the way football clubs are involved with gambling partnerships.

It was during a golden period in the mid-1980s onwards that most players wanted to play in (Italy) Serie A. Most of the best footballers wanted to go there and most of the money in European football was there. Then the mentality started to change just before Premier League came along in the early 1990s but when it took off, the clubs had phenomenal amounts of money they could only dream of because of the over-the-top price paid for the broadcasting rights by a satellite broadcaster.

Football fans all over the world are crazy about the Premier League, I think probably more than any other league.

Personally, I think the review is overdue therefore I welcome it.

There is a possibility the review will bring massive changes but as with anything else when it comes to law and legislation, there could be pressure from lobbying firms too. Having said that, I think it will be a moment people will talk about a lot in the future because any implementation of changes will probably affect every football club in the top tiers of English football and people will remember the day the government imposed some form of restrictions on the relationship between football clubs and gambling companies.

It is not easy to give an answer to such a question, because from a legal point of view, if you cannot access the website via the main link, you get a message that it is not possible due to a restriction - and then you are actually knowingly breaking that ban by using a mirror link.

Some what similar situation happened when my fellow Indians were trying to access the casino using the url bc.game. As I being an Indian but living in a different state of India argued that it might be an ISP issue. Whereas they confirmed it it was not and that is why everyone suggested to use the mirror links.

You will never find out the right reason but I suspect it might be something to do with the IP address. Sometimes in third world countries ISPs allocate the same IP address but the location tends to be different. I am not an expert but that is what I think caused the firewall of BC to show such a message.

IMHO, the hype is there but its performance will not be solely relying on it. The actual holders of it are the real users and gamblers who will have it for the benefit that they'll have inside the platform of what is being offered to its holders. I dont really understand this because there isnt that many information about this. They are allocating 60% ( 50+10%) for liquidity so it just doesnt make any sense for them to even include buy back.

When are they gonna launch this anyway? I cant even find an ETA for this, there are tons of vague information on their token. Someone told me in another thread that it should be in few days (?)
