I have different opinion on this. I don't think Pakistan fought in the game. However, England's two wickets fall in the start make the match some pressure but later the crisis passed. And in the match it was already understood that England would win. Finally it happened. So I can't call the match competitive one. Yeh brother you are absolutely right but if you figure out all Pakistan previous matches where they bat first you will find out that mostly Pakistan failed to score a big runs on a board and the average score of Pakistan is mostly around 150 because Pakistan always love to chase score rather than giving target but in this match our Middle order totally failed like iftikhar golden duck and low score of shadab Nawaz etc.

Yeh brother you are absolutely right but if you figure out all Pakistan previous matches where they bat first you will find out that mostly Pakistan failed to score a big runs on a board and the average score of Pakistan is mostly around 150 because Pakistan always love to chase score rather than giving target but in this match our Middle order totally failed like iftikhar golden duck and low score of shadab Nawaz etc.

But Pakistan's top order has not been in good form in this World Cup. However, I would say that they qualified for the final due to the outstanding performance of the bowlers. I would say India or New Zealand teams are much stronger than Pakistan.

Actually that match was quite unpredictable. But England winning chances were already high before. Because the batting lineup of England was more stronger than Pakistan. But you can't underestimate any team like this , yes it's true that India and New Zealand is a strong team but if you look at the ICC ranking then you will find Pakistan at 3rd position and New Zealand is in 5th position and overall I think each team qualified for the ICC World Cup on their own performance and also made it to the finals on their own performance. But it's true that Pakistan management team should urgently improve their batting side .
