The sad thing is that his cricket career is most probably completely over due to those serious injuries.

I have been following Rishabh Pant since his U19 WC days and expected him to do wonders in internationals, which he did in his short career so it would be painful for me to watch his career end in such a fashion. It would be a big loss for Indian cricket but his well-being is more important to me than a sport.

Reports are coming that his injuries (mainly knee) will take 3-6 months to heal and possibly rehab for extra 6 months to 1 year so he's not playing any cricket in 2023 for sure, fingers crossed.

I check picture of the car and watch few videos about this accident shocked with things were happened with Rishabh Pant but thanks God at least he survived and having better condition even now his career is hanged in balance because as things are going into cricket specially in Indian cricket it's never been easy for any player to have his place after one year of absence, but good thing survived and still can do good things for his life which is good for his family as well.

I am also watching him for long time now he is 25 years old with few quick records in front of his name, and I was feeling he could be bright future for the Team India, and we can call him Gilly of India as well five test hundreds with over 100+ catches in test match very quickly mean he can achieve good things in the future, but now all need his good health and better performance after this all.

Yep,Rishabh Pant, who was injured in a car accident, is in stable condition, but now he will take a long time to recover. A doctor said Panth may take a long time. India's wicketkeeper will not play in several series at this time. It is not certain that Panth will be able to enter the field once he recovers. Because, he has fit. For that, he will have to spend time at the National Cricket Academy in Bangalore. So there are doubts whether he will be available for the West Indies tour after the IPL and the Asia Cup after that. However, Not the game but the most important thing in life. If he stays healthy, he may gets a chance to play again. According to the doctor, it may take around 3 to 6 months for him to recover from the injury or it can take more time. They will recognize it after getting the full diagnosis.

Anyway, i like to believe KS Bharat will replace him but he's raw talent atm so who knows if management brings Saha back for the homes series because a couple of years back he was a first choice keeper.

I think Prithvi Shaw could be a better replacement for Rishabh Pant but unfortunately it has been quite long since he has played any international matches and KL Rahul may take care of wicket keeping in the test matches. But, I guess finding a replacement as wicketkeeper cum aggressive batter for the test matches must be quite challenging one for BCCI selection panel.

As of now, it seems like Rishabh Pant may make a quick comeback like in 3 to 4 months of time. So, BCCI may not look for long term replacements in my opinion.

Prithvi Shaw is an opener, not Wicket keeper batter so he's not a contender to replace Rishabh Pant.

Bringing KL Rahul as Pan't replacement in test format would be a massive downgrade because of his keeping skill. Rahul is an okay keeper in limited overs cricket but not suitable in a longer format and not to mention it's not an easy task to do keeping when it's rank turners and your strike bowlers are Ashwin, Jaddu, Axar and Kuldeep.

Sydney Sixers tried their best to win this match but wickets were not in their control.  They lost all wickets on 204 runs 20overs . Brisbane Heat won the match by 15 runs.

He didn't make many runs in the last IPL but his strike rate is way too good (average of 28 with 150 SR) and he's an opener, miles ahead of Rohit/KL/Kishan as far as attacking cricket goes. 

Average does matter but SR is more important in T-20 and the way T-20 cricket is evolving, you can't afford to bring 3-4 players in the team with 40-50 averages + 130 SR. At best you can have only 1 anchor in the team.

I believe it is time for Prithvi Shaw to be given a chance. As far as I am concerned, I believe this guy is doing well at the moment, and he has also proven his worth in recent times. In any case, I was quite surprised to learn that he did not get any chance in the upcoming Sri Lanka series that is going to take place.

There is also another thing that is always perceived to be more significant in T-20 cricket than in regular cricket, and that is the strike rate. Although 130 strike rate is actually very favorable, so I have no idea why he didn't get the chance that he deserved, as 130 strike rate is actually very positive.

Big Bash League 2022-23 Adelaide Strikers started on the top of the points table but slowly started to down. At the same time the lower position on the teams are gradually performing well. In today's match we have seen such a situation where Adelaide Strikers batting first and given a target of 177 runs, the opponent Hobart Hurricanes ended the game in 17.2 overs. If Hobart Hurricanes can maintain this strong batting, they could be favorites this season.
