Today I could not enjoy the match between these two teams Melbourne Renegades vs Sydney Sixers. I thought to enjoy the game today but I was busy so I didn't enjoy it. In this match Sydney Sixers won by 6 wickets. I support Melbourne Renegades in this match.  I was. But after the end of the game I saw that my favorite team lost today's match and I was very sad. I thought that Melbourne Renegades will win today but it didn't happen.

There was no doubt that this was not an easy match for the Melbourne Renegades. In this match, the Sydney Sixers were able to get a win quite easily. As the Melbourne Renegades had not set a high target for themselves, the Sydney Sixers did their darnedest to meet the target with six wickets and 13 balls left to bowl. As of right now, the Sydney Sixers are actually playing quite well as a team. Honestly, I think we all knew that 124 was not going to be enough targets.

Pant had a dangerous accident and his car burned down to Ashes, luckily he survived with some injuries.  The picture of car is horrible and that's a miracle he survived this car accident.

He underwent his first surgery a few hours back. Today the doctors will perform a MRI on his knee and ankle and we will get some information on how long he will be out of action. The official statement from the hospital as of now states that he has two cuts to his forehead, injury to right wrist, ligament tear in his right knee, and minor injuries to ankle and toe. Also he has suffered abrasion injuries to the backside of his body. Given the seriousness of the accident, I would say that Pant was relatively lucky. BTW, now an old video is going viral in twitter where Shikhar Dhawan is seen giving advice to Rishabh Pant, to avoid over-speeding.

Extremely lucky is more accurate. The car saved his life. Felt like the Paul Walker incident all over again, but Pant ended up surviving in a miraculous manner. The people from the bus are his saviors.

Sydney Thunder's run rate is now 11.37. Matthew Gilkes is  Scored a lot of runs in a very short time. He got out after scoring 33 runs off 16 balls. Matthew Gilkes batted well. Had he played a few more overs, he could have scored more runs.

No it's not kind of over he's heal and come back eventually it will take some time more than a year to recover completely.  His knee injury is basic concern which will be dealt with surgery. He's a very young and fresh player and it's sad for him to have such accident at such early time of his life.

This was really a great performance from the Sydney Thunders. They posted a total of 228 for the loss of only six wickets. This was going to be a really tough challenge for the Hobart Hurricanes from the start. And as expected they could not chase it down. I thought they did a good job at least trying to keep up with the required run rate. But in the end, the loss of wickets was just too much to handle for the Hobart hurricanes. They did score 166 from 17 over. But they lost all the wickets.

Adelaide Strikers vs Melbourne Stars, 23rd Match Melbourne Stars did well from the start. Joe Clarke and Stoinis' reliable batting helped Melbourne Stars to build a good score. It was a big target but Adelaide Strikers went ahead with that target and only by 8 runs Adelaide Strikers lost the match. Overall the match was very competitive. Today we have another exciting day in Big Bash League with two very exciting matches played first between Thunder vs Hurricanes here Thunders having their third straight win with massive score 228 thanks to Hales and Davies both play amazing innings and help their team to out of the shadow of 15 runs all out in reply Hurricanes also done good job but sadly fail to chase target captain Wade's blazing inning and Nathan Ellis 4 wickets in vain as they lost match by 62 runs with this win now Thunder's at the second spot in league.

In the second match Marcus Stoinis was hero for Stars as they set a target of 187 runs for the Strikers, but they fail to chase this and fall short by 8 runs with this win now Stars have first won after losing three matches Henry Hunt and Adam Hose play good innings for the Strikers but fail to win this match.

Surely amazing response from the Sydney Thunder and now with this win they are at the second rank in league table for this season which is good even Sixers and Strikers can go up because these both teams having one match each in hand Oliver Davies and Alex Hales partnership was the turning point for the Thunders which helps them for having such a big score on board no bowlers able to stop them with just Ells having 4 for 37 after this batting were also not able to perform at the top level which also having caused for the defeat even captain Mathew Wade play a good inning but still not able to go near this target lost this match by big margin of 62 runs with three overs still remaining in their inning.

BCCI announced that Pant and Bumrah are their best players in tests for 2022. This just goes to show how good he is in tests despite his epic strike rate. I absolutely loved how he played against the Ozzies in their own backyard sometime back.

He could still play in 2023 as long as his injuries aren't very, very severe.

The car that met with the accident is a Mercedes-Benz GLE Coupe 43 AMG 4Matic. Advanced safety features ensured his survival. If it was some ordinary 4-wheeler, then I can't even imagine in which condition he would be right now. Rishabh was driving the car himself when it hit the divider. He suffered knee ligament tear, head cuts and abrasion injuries to his back.

Looks like a long road to recovery with the injuries he sustained, was he drunk and driving to get into the accident. Either way it was unfortunate and hopefully he will get well soon. Pant slept behind the wheels and if he was driving Maruti or Toyota injuries would have been fatal , personal preference is volvo xc60 when it comes to safety.

I am also watching him for long time now he is 25 years old with few quick records in front of his name, and I was feeling he could be bright future for the Team India, and we can call him Gilly of India as well five test hundreds with over 100+ catches in test match very quickly mean he can achieve good things in the future, but now all need his good health and better performance after this all.

This was a really good win for the Melbourne Stars after three back to back losses. They actually needed this win. And I hope that they will be able to continue performing well after this match. But I have to say they still need to make some improvements in the bowling lineup. Because, even though they had a good target on the board, the opponent almost was actually successful to chase that down. And obviously, there was the heroic performance of Stoinis. That is also not going to happen every day.

There was a lot of good play from both teams in this match. The problem is that the innings that Marcus Stoinis played were absolutely unbelievable and irreplaceable. This type of innings was not replicated by anyone from the opposition throughout the match.

In the end, the Adelaide Strikers played well in the game. However, they still feel that they are eight runs short of the target. There is no doubt that this match could have been a lot more interesting had the Adelaide Strikers not conceded the extra eight runs. But in the end, it’s all part of the game.

I agree it's a bummer and a big loss for India that his services won't be available for Border-Gavaskar Trophy.

We might still give a tough fight or even win the series but his contest with Nathon Lyon is a big loss for the test cricket fans.

Anyway, i like to believe KS Bharat will replace him but he's raw talent atm so who knows if management brings Saha back for the homes series because a couple of years back he was a first choice keeper.

I think Prithvi Shaw could be a better replacement for Rishabh Pant but unfortunately it has been quite long since he has played any international matches and KL Rahul may take care of wicket keeping in the test matches. But, I guess finding a replacement as wicketkeeper cum aggressive batter for the test matches must be quite challenging one for BCCI selection panel.

As of now, it seems like Rishabh Pant may make a quick comeback like in 3 to 4 months of time. So, BCCI may not look for long term replacements in my opinion.

Once again, concerns are being raised about the low gate collection and viewership for the Big Bash League. It is not surprising, given the lack of star players and overlap with the ongoing test series against South Africa. IMO, they can completely refurbish the league by adding two teams from New Zealand and making it a trans-Tasman tournament. But then they need to keep the number of teams at 8. For that one team each from Sydney and Melbourne needs to be dropped. 6 teams from Australia and 2 from New Zealand would be a great combination.
