About 15 hours left before the contest ends, the top position is someone with less than 2btc wagered amount. I believe there will be more people come during the last hours or even in the last minutes as usually happens in any other wagering contests.

2.minimum tips limitations  are to prevent faucet farmers to be able to abuse the casino , legit players have no problem tipping others
administration doesn't force you to play a minimum of 0.002 , this is nonsense
3.the commission on withdrawal is dynamic , the MAXIMUM one can be charged is 20k satoshi fee , usually you pay way less than that:
