Our school curriculum need to be updated to meet real time needs this expired curriculum na the major reason why most Nigeria graduates end up as expired product in the international Labour market, and make up for the refurbished work force we have in Nigeria which automatically translated into poor economy. As Brainboss talk skills acquisition is the best form of knowledge we need for self reliance. if we must move forward, just like i have said previously we need to equipped our self with relevant knowledge/skills that have the power to transform us into a better persons and blockchain technology is one of those contemporary skills that will transform us individually and as a nation.

Not all university courses are a waste of time, there are still some gainful university courses you can study that can give you an edge in society and have practical applications. Wetin just dey sup most times for naija na say we dey choose to study things wey nor revolve around our passion, sometimes it is not our fault really but traditional crude thinking of everyone wanting to become a doctor, an engineer, a lawyer etc (environmental factor) and also the fact that our government has neglected the educational sector and constantly frustrated it's program through incessant strikes and poor funding.

Say for instance you like to draw & sketch normally, why not delve into Architecture, Fine and applied arts, wetin you dey follow your friends and opinions of people dey go apply for Medicine?  If you really love acting for instance, wetin you dey find for Pharmacy?  Or you really like business, why you apply for engineering?

Also, everyone must not go to the university, there are schools that offer professional courses and certification in some courses not traditionally in the university curriculum... If you like journalism for instance, after secondary school education, go straight to obtain a degree in a specialised Journalism school, likewise photography, computer programming etc you don't need to waste time going through the university when you know that what you are studying has no relationship with your passion.

What i mean in short be say, nor talk say our all our university courses nor get meaning, na mostly sake of say we choose to follow the one wey society talk dey okay based on money than our real passion.

For society I no too dey in the position to fault the system, because if I begin talk, people go say but you go school.
Me I be the kind student wey no go miss one lecture for the whole semester.  I be the kind student wey dey read from 8pm to 8am. I gave my all to school and I graduate with 1st class (distinction) wey nobody don do for about 10yrs from my own option of discipline.  But all those things doesn't worth it in Nigeria.

Na for Naija wey dem go arrange special centre for student¹ to write WEAC pass. When the student pass, dem go pay to get Jamp answers 1hr before jamb or manipulate the CBT². When JAMB come out, the student go pay like 200k and above to gain admission³. When admission come out, the student go dey sort till him graduate⁴. Even the parents go borrow to ensure their child answer graduate. After the student graduate, him go waste another 1yr in the name of NYSC⁵. After NYSC no sure job for the person. The person go begin carry file to look for 35k job⁶.
Person wey talk say this kind system dey work dey heartless abeg.
This one na small corruption o, but I get hundreds of reasons not to rely on Nigerian system of education, but I hold am back for now till when time go permit.

You have described the true condition of schooling in Nigeria infact some parents go as far as sorting for the children just to carry that A4 paper called degree results, in other news since we are discussing the 9ja educational matters here let me bring this here, human right Radio and television station also known as berekete family located in Abuja, a nongovernmental organizations have raised concerns about the continues ASUU strike that have kept millions of Nigeria university students at home for months now. So the organization have called for charity donations to settle ASUU and send the students back to class room as soon as possible.

This is a commendable one from the Ordinary PRESIDENT CEO of human right Radio and television.

First, I wan thank us, we don increase activity for this our thread. When I come here new, e dey be one or two persons dey serious for here. But today, plenty people don join body and plenty new people don show too. I say congratulations.

This topic I go dey drop am here immediately Rikafip drop him monthly update for Meta. This my own na to show us how we perform individually for every month here.
I get 1 merit reward for anybody wey top the list every month.
Make 1 merit no small for our eyes because me no be merit source but I go find wey to reserve that 1 merit every month. Anyhow wey e be, na appreciation and honour. Other senior men here wey like the idea go fit still sponsor the idea based on the merit thing.

As usual, I dey normally search for Bitcoin related news every now and then just to stay updated Incase any new development dun dey for the country. Today research make we see this news article and after reading am, I just gaz share am make we discuss. This thing wey we all want fit no come to pass oh, as day they go by I dey understand say e go hard for Nigeria to accept Bitcoin as as legal tender. I understand say constitution gaz change and na one thing wey dey hard is to do be dat. Abeg make una go through and give feedback, wetin you think and you go dey satisfied if Nigeria accept Bitcoin as a means of exchange but not a legal tender?.

However, experts believe that nations have to be cautious regarding the adoption of BTC and other forms of crypto as legal tender. They stated that BTC wasn’t designed to become a legal tender.

According to them, Nigeria might someday consider BTC as a form of payment, but it would never replace the Naira. They added that using it as Naira would contravene the constitutional purview of the CBN.

They further stated that the nations that had accepted or thinking of accepting crypto as a form of payment were those on the brink of economic collapse and Nigeria wasn’t necessarily one.

I just read that news few minutes ago on punch newspaper, but one thing were i want make we understand be say the mainstream media are so lazy this day to conduct investigative journalism, all their know how to do is to make headline that will capture not minding the message the headline will send to their readers, i no see any thing serious in the news at all that can pause as a threat to Bitcoin development in Nigeria, indeed no country will ever replace it currency with an external currency most especially a decentralized currency like Bitcoin that their can not have control of so there for no body is expecting Nigeria government to adopt Bitcoin as a replacement to the naira rather what we must focus on is the regulations that will allow the accommodation of cryptocurrency as an alternative currency, and if you ask me i will say we are ok the way we are using p2p to carry out transactions i know the wider public will get to know about Bitcoin in the near future. But in the main time let us focus less mainstream media articles Bitcoin related businesses are thriving and there seem to be no problem from the government on that only the Central bank who has always been an anti Bitcoin agent right from time.
