Yesterday game between manchester city and Borussia Dortmund was as interesting as anticipated, breathtaking game filled with every features a game of that magnitude should posses. We saw some nice passes from the ever reliable kevin De bruyne not forgetting this action in match when Haaland muscles Ruben Dias before forcing a save from Ederson, Haaland got all the attributes required of a modern attacker Dias is one of the strongest defender in the premier league but he couldn't contain the enigmatic Haaland. I feel Ederson was lucky to go away from that incidence that saw him loose the ball to Jude Bellingham ,that was a 50-50 situation and luckily the decision went his way. The game ending at 2-1 implies there's still all to play for in the second leg at signal Iduna park so we can even expect a more interesting and fascinating game of football.

It was a nice game to watch. After some point, City increased their dangerous attacks. But Dortmund still managed to find important goal chances and scored one. Haaland couldn't benefit from an absolute goal chance but made a nice assist to Reus. It was really like Dortmund were getting the draw but Foden didn't let it happen. Gundogan passed the ball in front of him and he didn't make a mistake by finishing it nicely. Still, I don't see the 2-1 score as a big advantage for City. It looks like their job will be quite hard in Signal Iduna Park.

Manchester City was even lucky they managed to win the game. It would not be a strange story if Dortmund would have take the victory.
But a 2-1 defeat is still fine for Dortmund. 1-0 win is enough to advance to the next round.

^  It wasn’t luck.  It’s not like they didn’t try to win the match or they didn’t have enough fire power over BVB.  Anyway, the thing I got out from the match was I didn’t really know that Haaland looks so damn tall on the pitch.  It seemed like he was taller than the defenders.

Manchester City control the match but they did not have big win at the home stadium. In the next week home-away second leg, they will have to face with Dortmund with 100% of desire. Foden missed few great opportunities to score that can make him and Manchester City regret with aggregated result.

Yes, Bayern Munich without Robert Lewandowski and some of his players have already contracted Covid and this could be good news for Paris Saint-Germain, and although PSG will take advantage of that, it looks like the match will end in a draw.
and Bayern Munich will strengthen its defense, and besides that Bayern are still at their best and have the advantage of playing at home, I will watch this match and it will be a very interesting game.

I did NOT expect such a weak game from Liverpool. Or Real Madrid played so that did not let Liverpool show their strength. It seems that Klopp has big problems with the team. But they still have a chance. 2 goals can be won back. But Manchester City disappointed me. I am disappointed. expected more aggressive play from them.

Everybody could have guessed that City would beat Dortmund that was a given result. However liverpool keeps playing horrible as well, even on champions league this time, they got dominated by Real last night. I really hope they find their footing and become better but I do not really have too much hope about it neither. At the end of the day we are talking about one of the most expensive teams in the world and they are both 7th in their own league and they are losing champions league as well, they might really have historically bad season next year.

Today will probably be Bayern and Chelsea wins, of course we can't know for sure but first game is in Germany so I am guessing Bayern probably has better chance and even though Porto managed to come thus far, I still think Chelsea is a much better team. Time will tell, I hope I win these.

Neymar and Mbappe are the players Bayern Munchen should watch out for. Both of them have scored 6 goals in the Champions League so far and Bayern Munchen must be aware of the two PSG players if they don't want to get the disaster that Barcelona experienced before. I don't expect PSG to make so many mistake that they fail to win the match. If at this stage they fail, then there's no point beating Barcelona by a big score. Losing Lewandowski will mean a lot to Munchen.

Its a difficult match to predict the winner from both teams have good squads but Bayern Munich have the better momentum and more experienced in this competition as they haven't lost a Champions League game in their last 19 matchs but they are vulnerable with key absentees here.
PSG still feel that they are destined to win this trophy and after coming so close last season they are getting nearer to achieving that goal. Any team that has Neymar and Kylian Mbappe leading the line is worth backing. I'm wondering if Bayern will still have enough defensively to hold PSG off. Although Pochettino doesn't exactly have the best experiences of Playing against Bayern. So I'm going with BTTS to bet on.

Like I wrote Borussia was not able to win against a fantastic City but they were able to score one goal whcih could be a major threat if we think about the next game in Dortmund.
Tonight I'm about to watch Porto Chelsea and since it looks like a very difficult game for both of the teams I decided not to bet.
If I could make a bet without hurting myself I'd say that Chelsea's gonna win by one goal.

Bayern Munich will have to make it work with Choupo-Moting instead but this player is definitely not a reliable striker and only 2 goals out of 5 performances. If somehow Bayern Munich win this one, its probably going to be a very tight game with a one lucky goal . I personally think that Bayern Munich will focus on Muller, Sane and Coman to do the scoring instead of relying on Striker like they used to do with Lewandowski

Its a major threat and Pep Gaurdiola along with the Manchester City team are aware of that. There is no way they would be taking there next encounter like a joke because, its an away go on Manchester City and all Borussia Dortmund needs is just a 2-0 win in the second leg to secure the advantage and Borussia Dortmund isn't a very easy team though, I think there journey in the UCL ends at this phase.

Tonights match of the day rests on Bayern Munich vs PSG. Its going to be a very entertaining game though, with Robert Lewandowski absent due to injury, the Bayern team might just be facing a very hard time at this game. They've got the home advantage and PSG has got the first game advantage so, let's watch out for an interesting outcome. My best guess is PSG win with Kylan Mbappe scoring a brace.

I agree, it was Neuer's mistake. When ball goes between goalkeeper's legs, it's nothing other than his mistake. It's strange to see such mistake from Neuer, I don't know, maybe snow and wet ball was factor.
So far game is great to watch. PSG scored another goal, but it was called-off because of offside.

Chelsea are more likely to win, but Porto will not make it easy. If I finish 1-0 for Chelsea or 1-1, I would not be surprised.

The match is looking look dangerous on the papers than what we are going to see today, I remembered how the papers and media hype the game against Athletico Madrid vs Chelsea few weeks ago but it turns out to be the most easier game for Chelsea this season so far..Chelsea are going to win Porto

Oh! I feel really excited that my prediction on Kylan Mbappe is already playing out and the supposed win for PSG. Its first half and PSG is already beating Bayern Munich by Bayern 1-2 PSG.  Well, there isn't a need to feel too excited over the scores yet because, Bayern is a team full of surprises at times even though I feel they've made a mistake to have given a hungry PSG the hard start on a 2 goals down in this game.

Chelsea on the other hand is having a wonderful play too. What a quick turn from Chelsea M. Mount and a defensive error on the part of the Porto defense. M. Mount did quite well to have scored that goal from that angle. Porto 0-1 Chelsea. I'm hoping for some more surprises in the second half.
