They did indeed and I just saw the draw for the quarter finals. Liverpool against Real. I hope Liverpool qualify this round for last 4th. We will see another PSG vs Bayern battle since the last CL final. I do not think PSG will succeed this time too.

How are you so confident? I think the PSG team is much stronger and more stable than Bayern Munich. Neymar, Mbappe and Di Maria are enough to knock down Bayern Munich's defense. I don't give Dortmund too much chance against City but we can still see nice games in both legs of the draw.

I also do not want to give Dortmund a chance to win against City, but when I remember how City have been eliminated from the UCL knock-out stages down the years, the latest to knock them out being Lyon, I then start to think that there could be just that tiny glimmer of hope for Dortmund, something they can build on and prolly win and progress to the Semi Final, though it's going to be extremely difficult.

City will play the winner of the PSG v Bayern game if they qualify, I think the winner of the CL this season is going to be one of this three teams, whichever one makes it to the final amongst them will be champions imo.

I also believe that one of this trio will make it to the championship in the CL this season. But only one of them will be able to qualify for the final and it is sad for me as I would expect to see two of them in the final fighting for the title against each other. I second that, I think Chelsea's recent form is the reason why most people aren't giving Porto any chances, but Chelsea have been pretty erratic this season, and who's to say they aren't going to have another off day, Porto are coming into this after winning Juve, so their spirit is high and the believe amongst their players will be at it's highest, Chelsea have to be careful, or else they'll get an upset like Juve.

So it will be ManCity vs Bayern or PSG in the first semifinal. I think that bayern is like a 60/40 favorite againts PSG but we will see. Man city should have no problems with BVB though.

Many things have made Liverpool's performance very poor this year. Based on my investigation, Liverpool rely too much on the main team.
They are a team that rarely rotates players, especially when Liverpool's playing schedule is very busy. Therefore it is not surprising that many
Liverpool players have suffered injuries. And what makes Liverpool's situation so bad is that their substitute players are very different from
the quality of the main team. Then another problem is that Liverpool bring in players who are not too good quality, only Jota and Thiago who
have good enough quality. Liverpool should have brought 3-4 star players, maybe next season Liverpool should change their transfer policy.
Therefore I am pessimistic that Liverpool can beat Real Madrid and qualify for the next round in the Champions League.
