I think this first knockout of the UEFA champions league has big match lined up, it's going to be end of the road to early for some big team, Barcelona vs PSG, I think in recent form the two team has had there doctor's day at the clinic, but I think Barcelona would win this against PSG but it won't be too easy, And Liverpool vs Lipzig I think the two teams are strong and Liverpool are not as strong at Anfield as they where so I am going for Draw.

I'm really excited that there is a very little time left for the first games of last 16 round. I think Leipzig will beat Liverpool in the first game of this draw. Liverpool have been too bad in the Premier League and they might have difficulties in focusing fully on this match. Leipzig have been the opposite and have done a good job in the Bundesliga so far.

Typically balanced match with one chance apiece Barca and PSG, but I can only see the stats as am watching Liverpool. Livewires all over the place with plenty of chances already and bit of a fiery start. Both physical af, Leipzig do look dangerous in being direct but I think our front 3 just need to continue with how they're playing as the chances do send nerves down RB's back four.

Pitch is probably not ideal, keep seeing balls stick under the feet and stumbles, or that's just Thiago being out of shape heh.

In the other match. I expected a ton of goals between RB Leipzig as both the teams love to press forward and attack. So far still 0-0.

I can't see any team destroying a team with 1-1 half time score you are exaggerating, Messi has being carrying Barcelona on his shoulder for long and today won't be any different, he is going to deliver

I am watching the game live and I have never seen any worse Barcelona than this.They are afraid to attack,they are afraid to do the thing they know to do better.They are staying behind and their defense has been pathetic so far,if it were not for their goalkeeper Ter Stegen the result would not be 1-3 right now at 75 minute but rather 1-5 or 1-6.What a horrible night for Barcelona,have no words about this Barcelona which looks like a team from Spain B and not from La Liga tonight.

Well; this is the reality about Barcelona present squad and also Koeman inept tactics on the touch line. I do wish PSG can add another goal ahead of the second leg in Paris. The attack is blunt, the defense is utter misfits; with a struggling Lionel Messi. What next for Barcelona ?

I was worried before the game and not without reason - it was mistake to let Pique and Dest to play immediately after recovery from injury - they were awful today. And if not Ter Stegen, it could had ended much worse.
While Liverpool made very solid step towards next round.

You were really close to guess the score correctly mate. It was still a very nice try. PSG scored the 4th goal after a counter-attack thanks to Barcelona were taking big risks. PSG had a great performance even playing away. Barcelona were like they had nothing to do against them. I think we can easily say that PSG already advanced to the quarter final.

Mbappe demolished Barcelona at the Camp Nou. Paris, who excelled in everything technically, tactically and physically, most of their 1v1 duality they have won.
Koeman had to apologize for his wrong choices and then not fix them until after things gone unrepairable. Pochettino He officially presented his the win that got his name  solidified in PSG despite the absence of Neymar, which is very, very important to his offensive system .

With Barcelona 1-4 defeat, it will be difficult for Barcelona to make a comeback in the 2nd leg. So it is most likely that PSG will advance to the next round.
It is true that Kylian Mbappe played incredibly, embarrassing the Barcelona defense by scoring a hat-trick. Even though the two teams have almost
the same statistics, what distinguishes PSG from having Mbappe who has a very good finishing. Regarding Liverpool by winning 0-2, it is not completely
safe, so in the 2nd leg Liverpool don't lose concentration.

Wow I really love how random this thread is, before the start of the match most of the post would bash Liverpool because of their recent bad results and claimed that Leipzig would win this one. After the match is over, no one really mention anything about it but instead most divert their attention to PSG  .

i watched the entire match. Most, if not all, of Liverpool clear chances came from horrendous amateurish mistakes from the Leipzig defence (Bayern Munich are going to pay 42M for Upamecano LOL)...Still, pretty entertaining game. I wouldn't rule out the germans just yet, though

Good result for my beloved LFC, very close to the tie being over imo. I can’t see them scoring 3 at Anfield.
Kabak looked good tonight, if we can get Fabinho in at CB with him it’ll mean Henderson can go into midfield with Thiago, we might be in business. Jota is back in a couple of weeks too, we’ve missed him a lot, he was scoring lots of goals before he got injured months ago.
