Pakistan target 6.4 over 338 runs
Accomplishing the target in front of Pakistan is a rare event in cricket as 338 runs in six overs is unreal. Therefore, Pakistan's dream of qualifying for the semi-finals is never realized. But I hope that Pakistan will play well and win today's match for now.

Pakistan lose his last ever match of his world cup journey which we expect they will win but some poor performance from Haris through out the tournament ruined World cup dream of Pakistan I will not only blame Haris but entire team including Rizwan, shadab, iftikhar etc and poor captaincy from baber Azam. I think it's time for paksitan to get rid of this rubbish and should give opportunity to other player to took captaincy charge and remove as much as responsibility and pressure from baber and allow him to just Focus on his classical batting  and that will be the moment where baber will regain his form and will perform much better than current worm performance

Before the tournament started, no one would have thought that these two teams would perform so poorly. England, for most of the group phase duration was at the rock bottom of the points table. They won their last two matches and it enabled them to qualify for the Champions trophy. Pakistan was actually expected to do well, because they were in good form and also due to the fact that the matches are being played in the sub-continent. Their batsmen actually did a good job, but the bowlers failed them completely.

In last few events Pakistan fail to perform as expectations which is surely big concern for them even every time we have good hype about them, but they never reach into last four as well with last time they lost final in 1999 and semi-final in 2011 after this we have never them at this point which is clearly indicating how things are going without any solid strategy and work they were here in India for the title and having same result which mean they need to sit and work out on their future if they want to have better results otherwise things like these will bring them down like we have cricket in Sri Lanka.

I completely disagreed with you about their performance win against New Zealand was not just because of the luck they perform well then ICC and event organizers give them two points and this rule apply for all matches and all teams with over all Pakistan were not good in this even but still I have feeling just two matches give them big setback first against Afghanistan and then South Africa they have done poor in these both matches and now have early flight back to home.
Pakistan having good players but mostly as team they fail to perform which is clearly lack of leadership and motivation which is also important in current era internal politics also having impact but still they have fifth spot which is reasonable for them with this performance in India where they have no experience and things were also not favorable for them.

Their approach seems to collect the traditional 270-290 runs and think that it is sufficient for them. In India pitches. you need to think beyond 350 for a safe win.

I am looking at the India vs Australia final, but I really hope South Africa and New Zealand should reach the final. At least, this way, we will have a new World Champion.

Pakistan poor batting and bowling performance in world cup. England won by 93 runs against Pakistan. Pakistan all out in 244 runs in 43.3 overs, From Pakistan Salman Ali Agha batting well scored fifty 51 runs in 45 balls and Babar Azam only scored 38 runs in 45 balls. England outstanding bowling performance David Willey picked 3 wickets  and Gus Atkinson picked 2 wickets by giving 45 runs in 8 overs. The player of the match is David Willey for his amazing all round batting and bowling performance they picked 3 important wicktes by giving 56 runs in 10 over and also scored 15 important runs in just 5 balls and play an important role in England victory.
