I think Blackwater badly need a dominant import, they need to replace Blakely.

I don't think it won't happen for now as coach Aris Dimaunahan assured Blakely of the job until the end of this conference. Blakely is the replacement import for Fuller as the latter was injured before their East Asia League Terrific 12 campaign.

They need to replace first their scout, they have not gotten a dominant import in a long time.

101 - 113, SMB wins against Columbian Dyip. I can't help but to scratch my head because of disappointment. I thought that it was Dyip all the way but they suddenly choked during the 2nd half . For me the reason why Dyip lost is becuse they didn't fully take advantage Fajardo's foul trouble plus the fact that Alston is struggling inside the paint. Congrats to SMB and winning bettors out there.

Next match would be more interesting — Manila Classico .

What happened to the Magnolia? They lost to the Ginebra by 22 points.. this is not what I am expecting from a team who won a championship before.

I get busy last night so I wasn't able to watch their full game also but I recently watched the highlights (more detailed than others) on Youtube.

Actually, Magnolia was doing great until the end of first half but by second half Ginebra start to explode on the 3rd quarter. They made there a total of 34 points compare to Magnolia's 21, and this made possible especially by Chan's raining 3's .

This game yesterday was really awful, since I watched this from 1st half until end of the 4th quarter. COLUMBIAN has the team work, especially the local players, they are not totally relying on their import, unlike on San Miguel Beermen.
For me, they lost the momentum on last quarter especially when J. Corpuz got fragrant foul and out for 3minutes (when 3 minutes left on the 4th quarter) after that, multiple turnovers and mistake made by the COLUMBIAN Dyip.

That's the brand of SMB, they have the experience and they don't just easily give up.

Despite of this loss by the COLUMBIAN Dyip, we still see some improvement by the team because they won in the first 3 quarters but they showed their lack of experience in the last quarter. Great game by the SMB, whenever they are down, if you are a bettor, you should bet them through live betting as that means opportunity.

Not all the time, sometimes we also have to be very careful in betting live because sometimes a line could a trap and we might loss easily as we thought this is SMB and they will come back, actually its a case to case basis, you just have to analyze carefully.

That's the beauty of having Fajardo in the team. Dyip could could not afford to sit Alston for a breather as Fajardo will overwhelm Dyip's front line if their import is not inside. You are right, the fatigue factor was really a big factor why Dyip lost that game. Dyip vs Beermen is always a competitive game and in fact the Dyip had the edge on their head to head match-up.

If i am right, on the last 4 games that they met, 3-1 is the standing in favor of the Columbian Dyip that's why i bet for Columbian but with the +10.5 handicap yesterday and somehow my gut feeling was correct.

+10.5 seems to be easy, if we believe they can beat the SMB, might as well consider the moneyline too.
Usually SMB are not a good performer in the regular season if that's what we called it, but in the playoffs, we can always rely on them.

Going forward, by wednesday, the SMB will face the northport, I think this is also an awaited much up between Stand and Fajardo.

It's only for a false hope that the beermen are letting Columbian dyip win most of their matches. What I mean to say is they are not giving their a-games when they play with the dyip. It's unusual to see that the beermen are not as competitive as they are when they face this team.

I do think of that one also (ML) but i have a reservation because Wells is one hell of an import and besides SMB which is gunning for that grand slam needed every win that they get to avoid complications in the standing later on just like what happened during the Commissioner's Cup wherein they are in the twice-to-beat disadvantage. So taking a +10.5 is a safe choice for my money.

Just another game for Fajardo, Cstand can match-up Fajardo in the early minutes but i doubt  if he can sustain that through the fourth quarter where JMF15 usually takes over in the game. The only player in which Fajardo have a hard time offensively is Greg Slaughter.

ROS is a legit team, they have a better local line up compared to the Blackwater, however, I will skip on this game, both team badly needs a win here.

No, Tautua already made his debut game in SMB last night against Columbian Dyip. Thougts? Hmm, he is ineffective. He sometimes lost in his right position and struggling to get offensive rebounds compared than Abay. Well it was just his first game, there are still plenty of games for him to get back and their fight this upcoming Wednesday is the best time for it .

Maybe there's a big difference now as Mo is not going to be a starter, right?

Mo was not effective with the TNT that's why he was shifted to the Northport and I think in SMB, he will struggle.
You might also be right as that's just the first game, there's always an adjustment.
