He will retire at 38 years old, it's a good age for retirement already and that gives a good chance for the young ones to show their skill set for the Alaska team. Even with his age, he can still play well but he is not getting more minutes anymore, hopefully we will see another Thoss in the Alaska team. I think if you are in the PH, there are certain TV Channels that you may check in their website such as Tv5 and ABS-Cbn sports. You may also try to browse it in their twitter account, Im sure there will be an updates regularly . I stop watching basketball since I started working, wish I could watch again in my free time. |

There's no need to make a debate here and prove wrong who is better among us, this thread is for all PBA fanatics and I believe the reason it was outside the local is because it want's to attract gamblers to bet in this league. If you are die hard fan but you are not a gambler, then maybe you will learn in here. Anyway stop this non sense debate as the kind of debate you like will not serve the purpose of the thread. Healthy debate and arguments are always part of any sports thread. That's common. As long as no shit and foul words involve, then its fine to have healthy arguments. If this is your first sports thread and only in this forum, I guess you won't be able to handle much-heated talks on other sports thread outside crypto especially if most of your posts there are just opinions. Hey guys, what are the sites you are using every time you check some info regarding PBA update? I can only find limited sites that gives information but with limited news as well, I check on https://pba.ph/ and https://www.spin.ph/. - https://tv5.espn.com/basketball/- https://www.spin.ph/ (that you mentioned) I noticed that the person behind managing the news section for PBA.PH always delay on posting fresh news updates even its already out on other sources and even on the TV news. Actually it's not because of the site that's why you are only seeing limited news but PBA updates are really not that frequent compare to NBA where every few hours or everyday, you can expect fresh news and updates. |

I noticed that the person behind managing the news section for PBA.PH always delay on posting fresh news updates even its already out on other sources and even on the TV news.
They'll have to improve that because it's the official website and it should be more updated compared to other sites. Also, I notice that live streaming are not already in the website, you have to search in their facebook channel to watch, I don't know why they keep changing, the first one which is youtube like streaming was way better as its faster. |

That's what I hated the most when it comes to their live streamings. I also wonder why they shift to FB Live  . Before, I can watch the whole game even in very high resolution wothout worrying too much in my data expenses because I've got a promo with 2GB free Youtube but now I only watch during the last 2 Quarters of every game and also only with my favorite match ups . Maybe the main reason for such act is the number of population on the social media being mentioned. Even without showing any statistical proof, I believe that there are more FB users than Youtube users. |

It's a gamble on the part of the Columbian Dyip but on the other hand, Isaac Go will benefit from it as he is already assured a spot on the PBA no matter what happen. Don't you worry bro, your Dyip will still be an exciting team this All-Filipino Cup as their regular pick of the draft which is Adams is expected to form an explosive tandem with Perez, that would be exciting to watch. Adams, on the other hand, emerged as the first overall pick in the regular draft. The Fil-American forward is expected to form an explosive tandem with Dyip star and last year's top pick CJ Perez.

Well this is a big opportunity for this young athlete to serve to country and gain experience specially in international community things that will favor him and His team here in PBA when he returns imagine not all players given a chance to experience such thing competing with more taller and stronger players Maybe because of legalities that is why the max contract wasn’t mentioned so far but for sure it will be published once everything settles. |

I think he'd be getting more than that if there's particular bonuses and benefits in addition to his Hardwork for the team. This is really amazing for an entire career of Anthony, and most importantly he should maintain his consistent playing in order to reach the championship. |

Yeah, he deserve this contract and i guess he would help NorthPort next season as Bolick would not be available for the All-Filipino Cup. Do you guys have any guess?
My wild guess would is he would receive a little over 10M php as the maximum salary of a player i know is 420,000 Php/month which Fajardo is receiving right now. That is excluding bonuses of course. |

Hopefully and hopefully they will keep him as their franchise player, not to trade him in other teams with big names. Don't hope too much when it comes to these league. I don't want to say this but this is all money talks already. If their tandem with CJ Perez will be good for the next seasons then they will not trade him but if it doesn't, he will be a good asset for trading just to get better players that will fit with their current system. I know that these kid has a potential but.. lets wish that he will used more often in the team and for him, he must show his true skills at the start of the conference. It's good to hear that he will now enjoy the full luxury, max cap plus bonuses which is not included from the contract due to taxes. Every additional bonuses are not included as there's always implemented taxes that needs to be filled if both camp documents everything about money. |

we may see a different Isaac Go because of his experiences in playing to the National Team. He will face more talented players so he will be pushed hard there.
If that so, then we might see a new exciting big man to watch. Right now, it's only June Mar Fajardo and Christian Stand who are dominating but with him coming and we will be seeing our expectation, then sure it would boost and help his current team to become a playoff contender.
It's a win-win for both, Northport is made the right decision to max him. |
