But what do you think how difficult it is to find players freely available on the market that can immediately correct all the issues of a club like Barcelona? If there are players out there that can do that, what's the chance that they are available because with that quality to fix issues quickly, they are probably bound to their clubs and are not allowed to leave or are needed and there is no point in leaving their club let alone get the approval.

Xavi Alonso has been an incredible and outstanding manager for Barcelona since he took over the managerial position at the club and was able to help them win the Spanish La Liga title last season which has raised the expectations of fans of the Catalan club. But because of the financial crisis at the club that's limited their  strength of signing top European players coupled with the fact that a lot of the club's first team players sustained various kind of injuries since the start of the season,  the performance of the club has significantly declined.

With the current  situations at Barcelona,  I don't think they have all it takes to win any major trophy this season. It's one thing to be a good manager but absolutely another thing to have the needed  quality of players at your  disposal in other to deliver a good performance.  In my own opinion, I think finishing in the top four of the Spanish La Liga this season should be a good performance for a team that had as many injury issues like Barcelona did this season.

The fact that a coach was good the previous season doesn't mean he should not be sacked if he's performing poorly the next season. Barcelona plays very awfully and we've seen this before. A case where a team does well the previous season and becomes very bad in the next season. I'm not saying Xavi should be sacked, but I won't blame the management of Barcelona if they sack Xavi because they need results. When a team is being rebuilt like Barcelona is, they should be winning and also playing well.

Barcelona is having big debts around more than 2 billions. This is the problem that will never be sorted out.

I think Barcelona's management is not wise if they break the cooperation with Xavi, because Barcelona's current performance is also due to their own actions in the past, which makes them unable to move freely, especially in the transfer market. Still lucky they have a coach like Xavi who can bring change when they slumped in the previous 2 seasons, and now they will kick this coach for that reason?
I understand that they want the title this season, but with the limitations they have, they should also be able to think more mature and not just blame the coach alone. Unless they give Xavi some perks and facilities, it still makes sense to me. Now the problem is that to recruit players they have to look for players who are on free transfers. I'm not a fan of Xavi here, but I see here they blame Xavi if they fail to bring trophies this season.

The fact that a coach was good the previous season doesn't mean he should not be sacked if he's performing poorly the next season. Barcelona plays very awfully and we've seen this before. A case where a team does well the previous season and becomes very bad in the next season. I'm not saying Xavi should be sacked, but I won't blame the management of Barcelona if they sack Xavi because they need results. When a team is being rebuilt like Barcelona is, they should be winning and also playing well.

You talked about Barcelona not being rich enough to sign players and that's is true, but the board has used the Barcelona name well. They have been able to attract big players to their club. Barcelona has Gundugan, Cancelo, Lewandoski, and Frenkie, all in one team, what more does a coach need? Aside from the attack of Barcelona, I don't think there's any position that is ill equipped.
Araujo, Kounde, Cancelo, Balde, and Christensen are among the best players in their positions. Even if not the top 3 you can't call the top 10 players in Europe in those positions and not include those players.
The same thing applies to their midfield. Frenkie, Gundugan, and Pedri are elite midfielders.

There are only two reasons why I would give Xavi the benefit of the doubt if I were in a position to fire him.
1. His main players are always injured. Gavi, Pedri, Frankie, Aruajo get injured
2. He doesn't have a natural world-class DM and the attack is poor. Raphinha,  Felix, and Lewandoski have not been productive up front.

I've lesser contribution to regarding the current performance of Barcelona this season, they've lost and ruined their chances of contesting with Real Madrid and presently, Girona taken their spot. Nobody should blame the coach for ruining the club because we have watched and know the problem facing the club. Who talks about sacking Xavi Hernandez when we're aware of the frustrating form these clubs have found themselves and it will be really challenging for Barcelona to bounce back to winning shape. For sure, Barcelona have quality players but they lack good chemistry between these players and that have led them to become vulnerable and totally unpredictable, we know have clue on the games they can win and the one they can draw.
