This team is young , motivated and very talented but also having a strong bench with more young talented players and this will play a very important factor for those last games where some teams will simply run out of fuel and will lose points here and there...but won't be the case for Valencia.

Girona have built a quality club and strong players this season. Girona is seven points clear from Atletico Madrid, and they are 2 points clear from Barcelona. Girona was able to score a second goal, after much effort which they put in to be able to find the back of the net the second time. Savio was able to take a shot on the 86th minutes to seal up their victory, and left their visitors hopeless, with no point in the match.

Girona back to winning and they have 4 points less than Real Madrid but already play one match more than Real Madrid. At least this winning helps them to relax a little bit and secure their second position against pressure from Barcelona. It helps them to feel safely from Atletico Madrid with 7 points more than that competitor  and with good difference against Athletic Club, their chance to stay in top four looks good enough.

Girona have played 10 straight games at home unbeaten,and this is a good record for them. Osassuna was unable to score any goal and allowed their host to win them on clean sheet. Portu was the MVP of the match because he scored the first goal which made Girona to stay strong in the game, until the back up goal was scored.

Osasuna is not a strong but not a weak team so this winning is meaningful for Girona. They not only got three points but also got a winning to redeem their confidence for a rest adventure in this season. That is just the fact that Atletico Madrid lost the game against Cadiz. It is because of their formation. Why will Atletico Madrid play such a formation with them when they see Cadiz playing 4-4-2?
