The different devices you use on the same WiFi will have different Private IP to determine which one is called but they will have the same public IP which is usually what the website and apps see when you open them as this is done to avoid any internal confusions.But simply people make use of VPN to bypass the external ip also and some other ways as you said.

Isn't it should be? The thing is for newbies was they are getting hooked if a new site offering something nice like big bonuses or huge referral rewards they think it's good without doing much research.
