You probably didn't read my comment properly or you didn't understand that. I don't blame Mbappe at all for PSG not winning the Champions League despite having Mbappe. Why on earth would Haaland play in PSG?
There is not any good reason to say Haaland is interested to he is even thinking about playing another team like PSG.
In Manchester City, he got a good chance to win the Champions League and achieve more titles while in PSG there is less chance for this player Haaland.
I think Haaland is not going to leave Manchester City and even if he leaves this team he will not play for PSG.

Is this a rumor, gossip or just discussion? PSG have some qualities and so I wonder why they’re bent on building their team on one man who’s clearly wanting to leave. Now his departure is lurking around, they must try so hard to either learn to play without him or they suffer a while and them having the latter choice will be so devastating for the fans. Football requires 11 players, not one player and they’ve got some good talents on the pitch with them who can do wonders locally and in Europe.

The two players' condition can't be complained. We will agree that the style of play currently in City and PSG are different with City's style being the better one. PSG currently aren't so concrete with their performance and so Mbappe's impact is extra and his projection is a bit threatened too. The club isn't doing extra well currently but Mbappe either has to stay till his contract expires or till whenever Madrid is up to have him or he'd rather accept an unfavorable transfer bid from another club.

 We know what he's aiming for and asides PSG, Madrid is the only one that can give him his bid but they're not ready for him yet. Halaand has a supportive and consistent winning team and he's doing good with them, it's less stressful and he gets the right amount of projection he needs for himself. EPL clubs will gladly accept the signing of Kylian Mbappe to their perspective clubs. The transfer of these players means something for their club, they will be either happy of relieving a player that have no solid contributions but If a player is promising, the club will feel it really bad when it involves selling him and they will regrets. PSG will deeply regret if when it involves selling a key player to another elite club that will make good use of the frenchman. Luis Enrique still includes him in matches and Kylian Mbappe is important and I believe his price should stake high.

Surviving in Ligue One is simple, there are limited challenges for Les Parisiens and that put then in a better position to win matches and titles because they're top club. If PSG could sit in the position to duplicate Kylian Mbappe, they will without hesitation, winning will become constant. Paris Saint Germain have risen from the top lead, they have started to settle for lesser outcome which weigh below their standards.
