It should have been measured, not just differences, because after all, in the French League, no one could compete with PSG's dominance. Now, the conditions are very different when PSG are in the UCL, especially now that they have entered zone 16, which incidentally would usually be an even tougher match.

The transfer of these players means something for their club, they will be either happy of relieving a player that have no solid contributions but If a player is promising, the club will feel it really bad when it involves selling him and they will regrets. So PSG is very dependent on Mbappe performance on their front lines so anything the PSG management will do to be able to keep Mbappe. Why on earth would Haaland play in PSG?
There is not any good reason to say Haaland is interested to he is even thinking about playing another team like PSG.
In Manchester City, he got a good chance to win the Champions League and achieve more titles while in PSG there is less chance for this player Haaland.
I think Haaland is not going to leave Manchester City and even if he leaves this team he will not play for PSG.

There is no reason for Haaland to move to play with PSG in the future because there Haaland will never be able to get anything like with Manchester City which can clearly provide champions and also the title as the best young player for the Premier League.

If I say about PSG. in the end it's not about strategy or individualism, but it's all about the emotions on the pitch and in the dressing room or during training leading up to the game. all players must have positive emotions and all communicate. so it will be easy to set what we determine in the next step. That's why in the past, when PSG still had many star players, they still failed to reach the UCL League even though they already had Messi, Neymar and Mbappe.

Of course you need star players and I have no idea what your definition of a star player is. If the only guys who can be called stars are Messi, Ronaldo and Mbappe then you are right because they can't be everywhere and two of them play abroad. But of course do these teams need stars to win the Champions League. Some of them might not be as well known as others, but all of them are stars in some capacity.

You are applying some weird logic to be honest. Since PSG never won the Champions League although they had Mbappe, no team that has Mbappe will ever win the Champions League. That is how you construct your arguments. Think about it.
