This should be an easy win for Lens as they are playing against a weaker team who sit at 15 on the league table. Paris FC had only manage to win just match In it's last five games. For a committed and focus team like Lens who is looking forward in claiming the league title from the long run champion (PSG), I think Paris FC should not be an hinderance to his success.

PSG could try to catch up with Lens in the remaining matches, but I'm confident Lens will do their best to maintain their chances of winning the title. The challenge for Lens is indeed difficult because PSG's dominance in Ligue 1 is quite significant, requiring consistency from Lens to maintain their top form. I hope Lens can break PSG's dominance in Ligue 1 this season, making the competition much more exciting. Lens has also performed optimally so far and what they need to do is continue to perform better to avoid dropping points in the remaining matches.

I get that there is some chaos at PSG because of how things are going these days, and players/enrique are all at throats of each other, which may cause some people leaving at the end of the season. However, even with that in mind you do not expect them to lose to a team like Rennes at all, this was terrible outing for them. Meanwhile, Lens is not even stopping or slowing down and getting it done.

Paris FC isn't a terrible team, they are the ones who knocked PSG out and yet Lens easily managed to win 5-0, and we are talking about just pure domination. If they keep this up then I think it is going to be very crucial for them to get the win and it could very well work for them, it could be very nice and Lens may win the title.

Le Havre managed to win against Toulouse last night even though they were playing with just ten men since from the 2nd minute of the game…

Toulouse dominated the game but they weren’t able to get any goal in the second half  while Le Havre scored their second goal in the 53th minute to lead the game two goals to one.

Le Havrr played an incredible game last night especially their defense line, and they’ve got the three points at last.

But yeah, figures, PSG beat Marseille, Rennes lost to Lens, hard to see why not giving those odds.

Three wonderful goals created beautifully.
They deserved it and I will not say it was Psg being easy on them because 9f a Champions League fixture against Monaco in the next few days. As I said, I have watched the longer 10 minute highlight two days later
Wasn't that impressive when you look at it, they scored from almost all the chances they had, PSG dominated thegame but their midfield was broken, they weren't able to do anythign from there to attack, and they executed even the few that got through dangerously very poorly..
Reminded a bit of the Marseille win last year, and probably the best tactic to date to overwhelm PSG is being aggressive in the midfield.

Since I don't have the ability to see the future to know if PSG will catch up with Lens this season, but I will tell you for free that this season is a different season from the ones PSG usually wins the Ligue 1 title even when they aren't performing well. For Lens to keep winning their matches and have the opportunity to top the Ligue 1 table again this season, it shows that Lens is fully prepared to change the narrative of Ligue 1 title this season, and PSG have to improve their performance if they want to catch up with Lens.

This is a bad year for PSG. Lens, on the other hand, continues to fight with their never-ending spirit. Hopefully, this won't be a bad year for PSG, especially if they don't win any championship this year after winning the Champions League last year. I didn't expect Lens' 5-goal victory, but they proved us all wrong, showing they got there by chance. I would love to see Lens win the championship at the end of the season. France has needed some excitement for a long time.

I wouldn't say it's a bad year for them, they're still in the running for everything, and i don't think it's very strange, given that they're playing for so many competitions it's very difficult to carry on, but i think it's not worse in the end and that this could be the beginning of a slow decline.

Paris FC having "moments" as they had more possession? That's the exact trap that everyone falls into with these stats. They passed it around their backline for 58% of the match and created basically nothing dangerous. Lens sat back, let them have the ball, and then just destroyed them on the break. Six actual big chances vs one.

I think has 12 matches left in Ligue 1 and leading first standings behind 1 point remaining with PSG has bigger chance to get domestic league trophy this season, most important Lens will face PSG at games week 29 and playing at their home just need one points enough keep securing first position but 11 matches left have to win.

The team is in incredible form. And secondly , what is the guarantee that PSG will win all the upcoming matches ? They will play in the champions league in the future. It is very difficult to consistently perform well on two platforms. They  did not have a busy schedule before the match against Rennes. Still , they lost the match. In future they will give full effort in champions league matches. Naturally, it will be a bit difficult for them to continue their winning streak in ligue 1. I must say that i had some certainties in the French championship, these certainties have been definitively swept away by these last few matches.
We practically don't understand anything, there is a real revolution underway and many changes in the French championship.

Just as it is difficult for Lens to maintain consistency in 12 matches, it is also difficult for PSG to maintain that consistency. We have long realized that PSG is not dominant this season since Lens is competing hard with them. Although PSG is strong in terms of depth, they may have to give up against Lens' consistency. Because performance is more important than squad depth to win the title. It may not be unfair to see both teams equally in terms of performance.

Even so, due to the busy Champions League schedule, PSG will have to expend more energy, which may not be enough to win Ligue 1. Now Luis Enrique will have to choose one league and move towards that goal. It is not possible to win both leagues with the current team.

Lens and PSG are doing their best to convince people that it won't be one of those comfortable years in the title competition.    Lens have taken back the lead after PSG surprised with that 3-1 loss...

However bookmakers are still the same though. PSG have 1.10 odds for the title while it is 7.00 for Lens. Have any of you guys bet on Lens just for fun already? I think it is worth it for having an exciting ending to the season.
