quite a tough opponent to start for manchester city. I'm interested to see one of the players who is new to manchester city. i.e. Haaland will his debut go as many people expect. Because after all Haaland's achievements cannot be underestimated. maybe this will add to the advantage for manchester city.

I don't think richarlison will be the right player for chelsea even though he is very good and thanks to him everton made it out of relegation but i still think lukaku should stay at chelsea he is much better than werner and richarlison, in my opinion jesus in arsenal is the best choice for him he will fit right in their playstyle.

Lukaku is a pure attacker which does not balance with Tuchel's scheme, As we can see in the previous session where he didn't give a better contribution for Chelsea. Richarlison seems to type like Ronaldo who can move as a winger or can work as a playmaker, which is suitable with players Like Timo Wenner. But, he still hasn't decided where he wan to move, it might be changed if Tottenham gives him the best contract for him.

I don't have any problem with any player going to any team. They can play for any team that they like but the problem is sometimes a lot of clubs in the English Premier League seems to pay a lot of money for a player who obviously does not deserve it and later if the players don't perform the clubs fall into really big problems. Scoring 53 goals for Everton I think good option for Chelsea getting Richarlison but I don't agree to replace Lukaku position, never see for Richarlison have active on central forward and usually put him on winger position trough playing on Everton this my reason why Richarlison can't replace Lukaku position. Chelsea really need to keep extended Lukaku because he is the only one central forward beside still have Timo Werner but still have consistent performance, some time have impressive performance but have several time he got drop performance and waste many chance for scoring goals.

Real Madrid does not have good history with transfer from Premier League players. Owen, Woodgate, Beckham, McManaman, Bale, Modric, Hazard, etc. Onlly McManaman, Beckham, Bale and Modric had some achievements in Real Madrid.

They had some failed transfers from Premier League and the common reason is injury. Owen, Woodgate and Hazard are players who get more injuries after their transfers to Madrid.

It doesn't matter if the player who failed is young or old, because failure will happen to every player and even humans and then they have their own way of getting up.

All of those players did not join Real Madrid when they are older than 30s. They joined at younger ages and usually Real Madrid does not welcome players who are old. Especially if they have to spend big transfer money and high salary for these players.

I don't doubt Richarlison. but I think Lukaku is better off leaving and looking for another replacement, Lukaku's price is very high and it's inversely proportional to the performance and also the contribution he has given to Chelsea, not worth it I think.
maybe if Chelsea releases Lukaku it will increase their finances a little because it has been several seasons for Lukaku in the Premier League he has never been able to show his best performance like he did in Serie A with Inter Milan.

I think small teams still have a chance to win because in the first game usually big  teams that do a lot of player exchanges are still not integrated in the strategy implemented by the coach, didn't last season we also saw many big teams that lost points also including arsenal and manchester city and the teams that we think have no good potential actually won easily, I think all teams will have a great determination to get their first win because it will further improve their mentality in facing the next match.

It seems that Liverpool agreement with Aberdeen regarding the purchase of Calvin Ramsay has reached an oral agreement, now we are just waiting for an official statement from Liverpool. Perhaps Ramsay is the third player Kloop has managed to sign this summer. Previously Liverpool had managed to bring in Fabio Carvalho (from Fulham) Darwin Nunez (from Benfica).

It's frank Lampard, he should have a good strategy to weaken Chelsea. After loosing bsome good defending player's, we shall see how they come up against the toffee's.

Yes you are right, Hazard only spent time on the bench because of the injury he had, so Hazard couldn't give anything special to Real Madrid due to lack of playing time. It is difficult when the situation is like this to judge the contribution of a player because he has very little playing time. So I don't think it's good to judge from one or two appearances.

Even after having new manager there is still uncertainty in Manchester United future because no one have any solid plane and many players already out of squad with no new signing happening mean we have to wait for their future how they settle things. Even no one is sure about Ronaldo that he is staying here or going to some other club as rumor's circulating Roma and Benfica both are looking for him to join them for next season.

In Everton now it is a test case for Frank Lampard how he settle things which bring them at bottom in last season and they were on verge of relegation hopefully he will do some better strategy for his team's future as his good future is also depend on this all.

For next season I have still two teams as hot favorite Liverpool and Manchester City no other team going to challenge them for title race.

According to AS' claim, Real Madrid are already planning to trigger Erling Haaland's current release clause at Manchester City which is worth 150 million euros now. They are planning to do this in 2024. I wonder whether Manchester City will be able to prevent them from doing this by convincing Erling Haaland to remove his release clause or increase it too much. I don't know how much Erling Haaland was interested in going to Real Madrid before coming here too. Manchester City will need to be careful about this in the future.
