For Liverpool, this is a disaster and a big blow to the championship ambitions at the very beginning of the season. It is quite difficult to maintain confidence and good mood when after the first round you are in the position of catching up.
By the way, in the next round, Crystal Palace are playing away with Liverpool and are likely to be defeated - it's hard to envy such a start of the season.

I really didn't expect Fulham, which is a promoted team this season, to be able to put pressure on Liverpool, which in fact Liverpool is a big team. but the final result of this match was a draw with a score of 2-2. nunez and Salah are Liverpool saviors from this match. but I'm not satisfied with this result, they should get 3 points because the opponent is a promotion team this season but fulham really performed quite well.

I admit that I am very surprised by the draw in the Fulham - Liverpool game. It seems to me that the players of coach Klopp disregarded their rivals a bit. For sure, the loss of points with such an opponent will hurt a lot.

It is a big disappointment by Liverpool. I was very confident about them to defeat Fulham truthfully but they couldn't. Fulham even got ahead two times in the game and Liverpool had to make do with a 2-2 draw at the end. After Liverpool found the equalizer I was pretty sure about them to get ahead quickly too. But after they conceded the second goal it was obvious that it wasn't just their day. It is a poor start of course but they would make up for it next time. By the way Nunez was impressive by scoring a goal not much after he entered the game.

In the first game of the season, Arsenal left with three points.The corner kick organization in the first goal was very good, there was nothing the goalkeeper could do.With the ease of the first goal, Arsenal continued to dominate the game until the end of the match. The score towards the end of the match was 2-0 with Saka's goal, a good opening for Arsenal.Although Liverpool gave very good signals in the friendly matches, it was a bad start to the season that they started with a draw in their first match.

The outcome of the match didn't surprise me though. I was saying it yesterday and it looked as if I was not making sense. We should not forget that Fulham is the champions of championship league. They are not here to joke. Out of the 6 big clubs, only two maybe lucky to beat them this season and they are obviously not going to be relegated.
This season will be very much competitive, as almost all the clubs are prepared for this season.

The premier League is full of surprises, that is what keeps it exciting...all the teams big or small play to win regardless of who they meet, they show no respect, and if care is not taken by a big team, they can suddenly find themselves losing three points. Liverpool were lucky to have even gotten a point. Klopp is still trying to respect Firminho else i don't see any reason why he is starting as their striker when Nunez is clearly hungry to make his mark in every game. It may be too early to say, but i think Liverpool against Fulham did not look like a team that can win the premier League this season.

It was a great performance from arsenal to get their first 3 point in their first match for the season,  as it stands now arsenal is leading in the premier league standings,  I wish arsenal can continue with a good performance to lead. The Liverpool game ended with a draw which I expected Liverpool to win the game.

Arsenal have started very well but I can't say the same thing for Liverpool I'm afraid. I know that Fulham came here by becoming the champions in the Championship. They have made nice signings as well. But I was still not seeing this enough to be able to steal points from Liverpool. But look at the situation now that they might have even beaten Liverpool home. Somehow Liverpool couldn't play like they did against Manchester City in the Community Shield and left the game by one point. Mitrovic was really impressive with 2 goals btw.

Southampton is in the match going on leading Tottenham in early time. Tottenham who has started their match without their new signing Richarlison. Richarlison was suspended because of the smoke bomb he threw when he was in Everton. This match is looking like a match the will bring many goals. Let us be watching

It was unexpected, when many people bet for Liverpool's victory, instead had to settle for a 2-2 draw after trailing twice against Fulham, Moh Salah saved Liverpool from defeat in the first match of the season. Fulham played quite well in this match, the pressure that was exerted was very troublesome for the Liverpool defense. The strength that had just been built seemed to mean nothing to Fulham, even though in the previous match Liverpool managed to shave Manchester City in the Community Shield, Jurgen Klopp had to be content to see his team bring home a point in their first match.

Like the last two matches, I will not be surprised if the result of this match goes against Liverpool. Because Liverpool is playing a very defensive strategy today. I didn't see any tendency to attack too much in Liverpool players. Liverpool will lose this match if they play defensively in the second half.

They had big difficulties in even keeping up with Fulham about the score. Liverpool's performance wasn't that bad actually but they were just not good at defending today. This is of course just the beginning of a new season and they would find out where they are making a mistake to fix it.

If Muhammed Salah had played in Liverpool from the beginning, then it seems that Liverpool would have played more ball.  But he was seen after 50 minutes in the match.  If Liverpool play the games like this then it seems that they will play a very bad game in the upcoming matches.  So they still have time if they try to play ballo it seems they can play ballo.

I'm also too optimistic but in reality it's not what I expected and Fulham are able to match Liverpool with a better attack even though the statistics are much different but that's Fulham can score goals early but in the end Liverpool are able to reply too, the start of the season is a share of points but I think it's the EPL which is hard to predict.

It's sad that as a team that is still on fire and fullham is capable enough to make the result become draw. I was learning from this match if the small team can do a lot against the big team like liverpool. Salahj's goal has been getting so many attention from the various supporters but the result was not so good for liverpool. It seems like that people can't underestimate the small team like fulham that sometime can make a big surprise.

Fulham surprised me today. This match is a clear proof that no team can be underestimated in the English Premier league. Liverpool showed that they are a big side but Fulham fought with them squarely. Fulham's attack, midfield and defence were all solid. But Liverpool was also a formidable force. The attacking duo of Mohamed Salah and Darwin Núñez would be a terror to any defence in the EPL. They both scored and also gave assists. Generally, the Liverpool team would get better as the season progresses.
