The zeal and winning mentality that this current Arsenal squad possesses is something that the team has lacked for a long time.

You are not correct in what you have analysed. There are no many candidates that are contending for the English Premier League title. There are only two candidates which is Arsenal and Manchester City, every other people are just fighting for top four .

Manchester City by far has a better squad and depth likely to win the league no arguments on that, but still, if Arsenal maintain same consistency they're winning the Premier League. So far with the world Cup, most of them important players are not being used. They're all going to be back well fit to run off the final lap.

Actually, Thomas Partey is been overused by Ghana (and they have no choice than to make use of him) as he's the force behind their midfield and one of the reason Ghana  has a very strong midfield-wise and has been able to be as competitive as they have been in this tournament. Thomas partey is also very vital to the Arsenal midfield and if they were to lose him to injuries then things might worsen for Arsenal. Arsenal has no squad depth which Is true and that's going to be an issue considering all the tournament they have to play.

Arsenal needs to let go of some tournament so they can focused on achieving the premier league title. If they miss this chance of winning the league, I don't think they'll have similar opportunity in the near future. Teams that are usual contenders and top four occupants aren't performing so well currently so they should better take full advantage of this opportunity and win the title and also to prevent pep Manchester city from making the league look childish.

Certainly Thomas Partey is being used in every game for the black stars but who would blame them for that, Partey is one of their major key players and his expertise and much experience is needed in the team so I won't blame them for it after all that is the reason Thomas Partey is wearing the Ghana shirt in the world cup. Tottenham could have really been in this race even more if they were more successful in big matches in the league. But Conte is still unable to find what to do in this kind of important matches. Now when talking about team solidity Arsenal is clearly one of the best in the EPL at the start of this season though I also agree that they have to make this consistent every time because even a small mistake can cost their performance especially they will still face a very tough league. quite long and quite a busy schedule so they really have to be able to manage the portion of the players in playing so that their rotation is not hampered and the players are still fit.

what Arsenal needs is to maintain the consistency of their best game. at least Arsenal are now 5 points ahead of Manchester City. and if Arsenal are consistent in maintaining their form later when the season restarts. the difference in points will be even greater. I do not think that it would be that much of a big game for the league one. Look at how close City is to Arsenal right now, and look at how Liverpool is far away from everyone, that should tell you how Liverpool is no longer a danger to City. So far, many seasons of City championship ended with Liverpool being right behind them every season, this year it doesn't look like that would be the case and that is why I am not guessing them to be doing so much better.

At the very least, we are going to end up with something much more realistic and City would probably win, and if they don't, if Liverpool wins, that would help Arsenal more than it does to Liverpool.

There are good strikers and exceptional strikers in football. Aubameyang is a good striker but to me, he is not that world class exceptional striker. What is important to note here is that Manchester City right now has a winning rate of 70% of their games. While on average that is a strong value, it is still below what we are used to from Manchester City during their strong seasons. When Arsenal can keep up a decent winning rate, it will come down to whether or not Manchester City fails from time to time. If that happens we might see a close race for the championship, which would definitely be a desirable outcome for the fans. If Manchester City steps up their game and have one of these legendary winning streaks, I am not sure whether Arsenal will be able to keep up with that.
