Manchester United is looked being able to replicate the success that they had for so long. And a big reason for that is they are unable to have any good coaches. Authority is often not good. But only if Pochettino manages to find the best formula to make his star players play well as planned. Manchester United already spend a lot of money as it is.  They spend even more than Manchester City in signing players if you look at their net spend. In terms of players salary Manchester United spend the most in the league also. So selling the club to Sheikh Jassim might not yield the expected result.

Chelsea, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur having a bad season has nothing to do with Newcastle, honestly, they earned the position they didn't get to that position by so much bribery or luck.
