I don't think Inter would accept 40 Million Euros to let Onana leave them because Inter is currently in similar situation like Manchester United where they don't have other good goalkeeper which can replace their main goalkeeper. If they want a well balanced team for next season then they must be willing to make sacrifices. If they feel that their finances are not enough to bring in 2 players that they really need then I think bringing in one player that they need as a priority is also good. I don't see how this is bad for Erik Ten Heg, he should just perform his duty as usual, there is no excuse for the guy this time that he would completely coordinate a full season. And this issue of fans' unhappiness is being overrated, this is not the first time clubs are being sold/bought and it doesn't change anything about the performance even with the ones that a deal is completed and more money is being spent. Manchester United have been after Inter goalkeeper Onana to sign for some time. It looks like he will be the replacement for de Gea and Onana would at least be a strong replacement for him. Honestly I don't think Manchester city will match Arsenal’s bid. Getting Rice is more important to Arsenal to reach that next level than it is to them, they already have Rodri and wouldn't want to break their transfer record for a position they don't desperately need. I have never seen Arsenal go above £100m for a player, which means that the size of the latest Arsenal bid speaks volume of how much they want Rice, if he indeed wants to join them, he should tell West ham to be flexible and allow the deal go through.
