I agree with you, last season Chelseas's squad was a mess, they had more than enough players... Sometimes having too many players in a team can cause a headache for a coach, trying to find a stable line up and also make a lot of people happy.. Yes, it's true, at least Pochettino also has good abilities and it seems that there is no need to doubt his skills in building a team. After all, if they can still maximize the potential of the players they have, then surely Chelsea will no longer need to spend as much money as the previous season to build a team. Arteta's style, not much different from Pep Guardiola. And the main problem that's happened to Chelsea I think is because Chelsea have been under three different coaches and also there have been mid-season squad changes throughout the season so the balance of the team has been shattered and it's been inconsistent for Chelsea. Due to differences in coaches that have an impact on changes in strategy and also changes in players.
and Chelsea really have to have the right coach so that there are no more changes in coaches, and I hope Mauricio Pochettino can turn Chelsea into a team that can compete at the top. Arsenal's condition last season was unfavorable, it was a pity when they were only a few steps away from becoming champions and they had to lose what was their goal. It's no longer a secret if everyone can't imagine that the club they are proud of has to experience something like this towards the end of the season. Agree, the injury factor of the regular players seems to be the thing that brought Arsenal to this failure, I can't imagine that Arteta actually didn't place too much importance on the role of the substitutes so that the reserves couldn't give maximum results. I think he is replacement for Xhaka and will he be given a more aggressive role like Xhaka used to have or just like a normal DM which is what his strong role as I have seen till now. So I feel his performance will lot depend on how the DM roles will be distributed by Arteta.

Chelsea did sell their old players but it is a clear aim that their new coach wants to revive Chelsea's performance to be the strong club it was before by selling old players and replacing them with younger players who have better talent.

Silently I get worried about Arsenal’s midfield shape if Partey /Xhaka leaves, I don’t know why it worries me so much. Assuming they got Kai Havertz for the Xhaka role, that leaves only him as a CM for them. Every option they have for the CM role (Kai Havertz Inclusive) is makeshift at best. Plus they have Rice and Jorginho as DM options (This I can live with as they’re both hardly ever injured). But they are very short on that role. Partey’s presence means they could utilize Rice as a B2B which he’s capable of, but letting both Xhaka and Partey go without adequate replacements will be a mistake.

I don't think it's right to miss Chelsea's old players. It is impossible to say how well Chelsea will play with the young players. Sometimes it is not right to trust the youth.  No matter how good Chelsea's coach is. It takes a lot of time to develop a young player. And it takes a lot of hard work for a coach to develop a young player into a skilled player. Now how well Chelsea's cell will play with young players will be understood only by watching the game

Chelsea did sell their old players but it is a clear aim that their new coach wants to revive Chelsea's performance to be the strong club it was before by selling old players and replacing them with younger players who have better talent.
I really can't wait to see Chelsea play at the start of the season when I already have an experienced coach to be able to fix the bad things in the past

I don't think it's right to miss Chelsea's old players. It is impossible to say how well Chelsea will play with the young players. Sometimes it is not right to trust the youth.  No matter how good Chelsea's coach is. It takes a lot of time to develop a young player. And it takes a lot of hard work for a coach to develop a young player into a skilled player. Now how well Chelsea's cell will play with young players will be understood only by watching the game

Well, I would underestimate young players, yeah, I very well understand the path you are coming from, but then, understand that, how fast or how slow a young player is groomed in to becoming a skilled player very well depends on how good and talented the player is naturally.
If the young player is extremely talented naturally, then grooming such a player to a skilled player will take absolutely no much time and stress, couple with the advantage that younger players are much more stronger, vibrant, and are always faster than the older players who are already getting weak due to aging.
