Instead of accepting the offer of a new contract which would allow De Gea to accept a lower salary, I think it would be better for him to leave Manchester United for a team that knows how to value his qualities better. De Gea is the best goalkeeper ever, but I know he also declines with age.

I think there are a lot of teams who want to have him as the main goalkeeper instead of staying at Manchester United for the next few seasons. But all of this depends on Ten Hag whether he wants to sell his current main keeper or even wants to keep him until next season. For me De Gea deserves to leave Manchester United and try challenges in other leagues such as Ligue 1, Serie A or maybe also the Arab Pro League.

Erik Ten Hak wants a goalkeeper who is able to play sweeper-keeper in the penalty box area, while De Gea is not strong enough to play short passes like this, so the coach plans to find a partner who can play as he wants. Erik Ten Hak also often tries different formations in every match and he tends to have an attacking strategy of short balls from the bottom.

These weaknesses do not make Dea Gea's appearance lack other strengths and everyone will agree that De Gea's reflexes in catching or brushing off the ball are extraordinary. IMO in this case I think as long as there is no proof then indeed we cannot give any reference to Pochettino.
We know that at first when talking about Potter, also with a series of slick performances at Brighton, many people gave Potter a lot of hope when replacing Tuchel, but this created expectations that were too high which made them have to be willing to fall quite hard.

and Chelsea really have to have the right coach so that there are no more changes in coaches, and I hope Mauricio Pochettino can turn Chelsea into a team that can compete at the top. Because next season the competition will be much stronger and tighter because several teams made significant changes last season and of course next season will be much better and stronger, and Chelsea must be able to be better than them especially with Newcastle which I think next season he will be one of a team not to be taken lightly.

Chelsea need to be much more active in the transfer market now. They even need to be the most active team among the top teams of the league. Sometimes having too many players in a team can cause a headache for a coach, trying to find a stable line up and also make a lot of people happy.. Yes, it's true, at least Pochettino also has good abilities and it seems that there is no need to doubt his skills in building a team. I think he is replacement for Xhaka and will he be given a more aggressive role like Xhaka used to have or just like a normal DM which is what his strong role as I have seen till now. So I feel his performance will lot depend on how the DM roles will be distributed by Arteta.

True. Arsenal have been negotiating with West Ham for Rice since November of last year. It's hope that Arteta, will get his man through a record-transfer deal. However, it's important to consider whether spending such a large sum of money guarantees that the player will meet expectations. Yeah it seems that reason is a little reasonable, changes in strategy and play style sometimes have an impact on players also more difficult to get cohesive

Silently I get worried about Arsenal’s midfield shape if Partey /Xhaka leaves, I don’t know why it worries me so much. Assuming they got Kai Havertz for the Xhaka role, that leaves only him as a CM for them. Every option they have for the CM role (Kai Havertz Inclusive) is makeshift at best. Plus they have Rice and Jorginho as DM options (This I can live with as they’re both hardly ever injured). But they are very short on that role. Partey’s presence means they could utilize Rice as a B2B which he’s capable of, but letting both Xhaka and Partey go without adequate replacements will be a mistake.

I don't think it's right to miss Chelsea's old players. It is impossible to say how well Chelsea will play with the young players. Sometimes it is not right to trust the youth.  No matter how good Chelsea's coach is. It takes a lot of time to develop a young player. And it takes a lot of hard work for a coach to develop a young player into a skilled player. Now how well Chelsea's cell will play with young players will be understood only by watching the game

Well, I would underestimate young players, yeah, I very well understand the path you are coming from, but then, understand that, how fast or how slow a young player is groomed in to becoming a skilled player very well depends on how good and talented the player is naturally.
If the young player is extremely talented naturally, then grooming such a player to a skilled player will take absolutely no much time and stress, couple with the advantage that younger players are much more stronger, vibrant, and are always faster than the older players who are already getting weak due to aging.

I hope Pochettino knows what he's doing, so far the sale of Chelsea players looks very confident, but we don't know how this will affect the team. Some will say that even with these players the team did not play well, but I tend to think that the problem was not with the players, but with the coaches who could not create chemistry between these players. Pochettino decided to go his own way, maybe he's right and lets players go who he doesn't need, that's fair to them. Obviously they are not leaving any stones unturned once more after spending a record breaking amount in the last 12 months on new players. The whole project Chelsea has turned into a massive high risk investment for Boehly. He now hired a new coach and Pochettino has his own idea of how he wants the team to play. Surprisingly, he is selling players that I did not expect he would sell. Mason Mount, Havertz and so many others. Some of the players were not key players anyway and also they need to find proper substitutes, but what is Pochettino's plan? Go out there again and spend more money than the sheikhs? if that doesn't work out and they miss a higher rank in the table again despite starting from zero, the club could suffer from long term consequences.

In the winter market it is not easy to get quality players in the winter market.  This is a terrible news for Manchester United that may really affect them in the next season.  Next season Manchester United have lot of works for them, they seriously need a better squad expecially for the Champions league and also to be among the top Premier league team.

I agree with you that it is more difficult to sign great players in the transfer market that reopens in the winter. because at that time even the Premier League was in the middle of the season. So that the adjustment of new players in the middle of the season sometimes will not produce maximum results. we reflect on the Chelsea club which brought in more players in the winter transfer market. and they didn't get any improvement after bringing in a lot of players in that winter transfer market.

I hope Erik Ten Heg can still build a squad from the current transfer market quite well. although it is impossible for Man united to bring in a very expensive player for the club. but at least some new strength additions can be expected to bring greater hope for the club.
