Many fans feel that Sheik Jassim's ownership of Manchester United will bring in a slew of new, quality players who will help the club win the league. They believe the existing owners are no longer capable of managing the club and that the Arab man should take over ownership and control of the team going forward. I'm not sure what's holding up the transfer of ownership, or if they haven't reached an agreement yet, but I'm still hoping for a green light at the end of the deal.

The problem Manchester has now is wrong coaches that have not been able to meet up to expectations. Since lost Sir Alex Ferguson retired, things have not been the same. The club has had about twenty-three managers but none of them is as successful as the Scottish manager. In his twenty-six years as manager of the club Sir Alex. won win 13 Premier Leagues, 10 Community Shields, five FA Cups, four League Cups, two Champions League titles and three other trophies. The takeover of the club by Sheikh Jassim will be good but success is not only derives from money.

I like the personality of the Prince who voluntarily abdicated his position as Crown Prince to his younger brother because he had no intention of becoming King of Qatar. He will be good a owner only if they get the right coach.

Manchester City officially announced that Mateo Kovacic would take place in midfield, in addition, Manchester City is negotiating to bring Declan Rice from West Ham so if the agreement occurs then there is no doubt the midfield of Man City they already have a tough squad Mateo Kovacic, Kevin de Bruyne, Rodri and (Declan Rice) I can say these 4 players will be the strongest in midfield. Next season I chose Manchester City to secure the title I haven't seen other teams that are able to compete with them, but this is not final, at least we have to wait until the transfer window is closed.

If Pochettino really wants Raphinha then maybe it won't happen because Xavi doesn't want to let him go. Raphinha is a key player in Xavi's game plan next season, not only him but I think Dembele is the same. There is a possibility that Raphinha will be sold, but not now because Barcelona still really need him.

Pochettino seems very rushed in his team building plans. He must control his desires and evaluate the team's performance, because of course there is still the upcoming transfer market that he can use to find the players he needs. Chelsea don't have to buy a lot of players, so their transfer policy has to be controlled.

The new Chelsea coach seems really ambitious to make big changes in the Chelsea squad. So that until now actually he is more focused on selling players. He even managed to release two players to the Arab League. And now, with the money the club got from selling these players, it seems that Mauricio Pochettino is optimistic about being able to bring in the players he needs. And he seems to have included Rapinha in his plans. But as you said, Xavi will not let Rapinha go this season. because it is true that Barcelona still needs him badly. Moreover, Barcelona will most likely fight harder this time in the Champions League. So that Xavi certainly has to have an adequate squad that can keep the team's performance well maintained and remain consistent even though they have to focus on two or more competitions.

Waiting for the winter season to reach to sign players is a long time to me and this is the best time to get good players. In the winter market it is not easy to get quality players in the winter market.  This is a terrible news for Manchester United that may really affect them in the next season.  Next season Manchester United have lot of works for them, they seriously need a better squad expecially for the Champions league and also to be among the top Premier league team.

That is what makes it scary, that he wins those titles often times in a way however it is needed. When you look at the last season it was "only" 5 points between Manchester City and Arsenal, but I think it was only 5 points because Guardiola knew that it is enough. The scary thing about his team is that it looks as if they could play even harder if needed. If Arsenal would have finished the season with 90 points, Manchester City would have won one more game. They lost one and tied one game out of their last two games. But I am sure that would not have happened if they still needed to score more points.

English players are over-hyped and overpriced. Declan Rice is no doubt a quality player but £105 is too much, Manchester City has pulled out of the race because of the huge amount Westham is asking for. I really do not see any difference between Rice and McTominay, only that the later is not consistent because he's given less games or minutes.

Glazer family is the red devil itself, they have reduced the club to nothing, that's why Manchester united is struggling every season and have lost their place to Manchester city. i don't expect any change in the club till the Glazer family leave the club. the club has incur huge debt because of their recklessness and poor management skills in the club. I won't worry about Manchester City next season, because so far only they deserve a trophy regardless of the changes other teams make but still Manchester City is difficult to beat easily. With the whole transfer drama and the inability to settle the payment structures, I think West Ham are just doing all they can to fine tune Arsenal’s offer and perhaps see what Manchester City has got in store. But they believe Manchester City won’t go much higher than their 1st bid and they also know the player’s preference: Arsenal.

Aside from Rodri, they have Kalvin Philips as well who can play well as defensive midfield. Still I feel City needs a midfielder but right now it seems they are interested in adding a defender and are reported to be interested in getting Josko Gvardiol from RB Leipzig. Now that City has gotten out of the race, I think they will be going after Josko Gvardiol. I feel that signing Josko Gvardiol and both Declan Rice would have been too much and would have placed them in UEFA radar again maybe in breach of FFP rules (?) . Remember, City were recently in lot of troubles but they have gotten themselves out somehow and will for sure will take care of not making those mistakes again.

Yeah for Arsenal it seems Rice is the most expensive signing but I feel that his price is well justified (bit overpriced but it's ok). Pepe was a flop signing but I feel that Arteta will surely find his use regularly in squad as Xhaka and Partey are set to leave. I would say about last season, we had everything in our squad but it's slight injuries and something just went down that just dragged us down, otherwise we were very strong last season. And now about the signings we are currently making, it is obvious that with CL also this season we have to make signings as we need density to play our best in both PL and CL in a week. It's hard to keep up for a club when they are in CL and PL as well. Arsenal needed reinforcements and here they are:

I would say, it's ok in my opinion given his age and how well he plays in his role. Also don't forget the competition between the clubs for Declan Rice. Some backed off from proceeding given his price but there were big clubs after him which were: United(last season transfer windows) and this transfer window- Bayern, City and Arsenal. Let's see how it goes, but I think he will do fine.

I think now is the time for West Ham to sell him and make a huge sum of money but while not having the financial power of Manchester City, or Chelsea, West Ham United is one of the most traditional and richest clubs in England. And, they have proved it time and again over the last four years by buying various famous players for huge sums of money. West Ham have been preparing for a long transfer season to actually reject offers for Rhys. So they have made it clear to the clubs that are interested in Rhys that they are not willing to let him go for even a penny less than his market value of 150 million.
