Why is there anything to be shamed about? I have to take a refresher course to get reacquainted with your case, and after reading it, even with the situation betnomi is currently neck-depth in, it'll still be wrong to support your flag. Your case was proven that they did not delete your betting history, you just did not set the right filter, and the reason why your fund was confiscated for far too long is because you did not submit a document they requested for KYC. All processed accordingly the instance you provide it. Were you suggesting people should support a flag for a case with such basis?

The statement of which members agreed upon supporting type-1 flag, your flag, is:

"Due largely to the factors mentioned in [...], I believe that anyone dealing with [...] is at a high risk of losing money, and guests would be well-advised to avoid doing so. This determination is based on concrete red flags which any knowledgeable & reasonable forum user should agree with, and it is not based on the user's opinions."

None of it is valid because the reference that's became the basis of the flag shows otherwise. If people have to support these flags just because now betnomi --if we assume for a second here-- is proven to be abandoning the sinking ship, this will be a wrong way to support flag. This is why the need for anyone having their funds confiscated by betnomi to raise their scam accusation and --if they deem necessary-- a flag against the platform.

If all signs shows and verified to be a concrete evidences of an abuse, I am sure DTs will not hesitate to support the flag.

So you mean that Examplens isn't biased? Betnomi already cashed cicadasTR out so no need to go much deeper into that because he was right in the end since he won his case. And he didn't only mention that examplens opposed his flag, he opposed others as well (me included).

Personally, I never liked how Betnomi operated from the very beginning. They had so many issues and then at times they would try to clean up the reputation through contest sponsorships, signature and review campaigns only to mess up again with more issues. The cycle went on and on.

But some forum members still trying to prove that Betnomi isn't a scam operator. There is no reason to trust the unprofessional team member of Betnomi again. They are professional to scam the gamblers only. Spending 1 or 2 Bitcoin through the promotions and advertising isn't a big deal while you can get back more by shutting down the website with the funds of the users without any prior notice.

Anyone here became a casualty of betnomi disappearance? I don't know if they had scam someone but their disappearance is quite long now. What might have cause their disappearance in the first place, I believe that they are doing good because of how they manage to do signature campaign and promotion in this forum. There were a couple of users mostly newbies claiming in their comments that they had some balance locked on Betnomi but when asked for evidence to support their case, there failed to provide any form of evidence and which show that they had nothing to prove and the claims will be taken as a mear false claims which hold no water when proving cases in this kind of situation.

So for that,  there has not been any case yet unless players who have hard accounts on betnomi bit are not using the casino in any form.

CicadasTR's case was built under a manipulated narrative where he said betnomi deleted his betting history while he simply deliberately tweaking the history filter to drive opinion to fit this narrative, and where the fact that he can "manually" search the bet history prove the exact opposite of the statement, and that the root of all it was because CicadasTR "made a typo" on one of the document related to his KYC process as well as refuses to submit a document that's been asked for months. Once submitted, everything is processed.

He did not "win" the case, he simply provided what's previously asked. If he provide it when asked in the first place, there is no need for that entire case. At least that's what my memory served me from my quick refresher course.

I would say that you don't understand very well how things work with creating flags. At some point, you both ^{you and cicadasTR} created a flag for the same thing and asked for support. When we add to that his ^cicadasTR attempted manipulation in that case, you both got a question mark from me for bias.
I think I even got a PM from you, where you said that you made a mistake and that you didn't know how the flag system works.

I have never DM:ed you, ever. However, I did make a mistake when creating a flag as you say because I have never done it before and I apologized for creating confusion in the flag thread-thing. I can really admit that I don’t know how that really works. But I know how sports betting works and thats why I’m here.

Never forget why Betnomi banned me and locked my funds for months because of this:

”The user is manipulating the pricing, all odds dropped before the kick off, the user has a strong mathematical and analytical pattern of betting in the exact position, as the pattern was repeated again and again, the user is a strong opinion user and is using strategy to gain leverage in the long term, which is against our T&C.”

Anyone who’s into sportsbetting knows that this is fraudulent behavior from a so called ”good” book with ”good” reputation. If people on this board isn’t aware of these simple things I don’t know what they’re doing here if they’re not biased.

I’m upset because I want the crypto space to be a good and safe place for people and that they can have their funds on these books without getting scammed. I’m a big believer in crypto betting in the future and to see all the people that has shilled this scam book not being held accountable is not ok. I hate to see this happening because it will ruin the reputation and drive people away, and the shillers are a part of it all. We need to make this a better place, and I was saying months ago that Betnomi is ruining the space with their actions. Guess what happened?

The "old" www.betnomi.com is indeed inaccessible, but I've found this "new" URL www.betnomi.bet. The design is a bit different, but when I checked the T&Cs they mention the same owner and even the order url. We have not yet been informed by the casino representative that this really is their new domain.

Not sure about the second case ["player faces payout refusal"] as I haven't check betnomi's page on CG and match the complaints there with the situation at the forum for a while, but the first case ["player unable to access funds"] were actually here and posted his complaint in one of betnomi-related thread. I thought at first he was not serious and said that simply because other casino offered a promotion, but well... I was wrong.

If the user would raise a flag with reference to a post or thread backed with proper evidence, I think that'll be one that's supported by the forum members.

please don't try to make excuses for scammers. I have a few thousand euros left. I did everything they wanted, they always responded more than a week later, only to delay. I sent them all possible documents as a source of income. Most recently, documents on inheritance. There, it bothered them that they were not in English. By the time I sent the translation, they are no longer available.

For me, anyone who justifies their actions is suspected of collaborating with them.

Since you asked... at a glance, far as I know, three that could raise a thread and a flag will be Stayzor as mentioned above, with case of 20,000 USD and boroBTC, with case of several thousand euros [the exact amount is not specified]. Both of them don't have a scam accusation thread against betnomi or raised any flag, just posts. GekkeBelg has a 0.9 BTC case too, but he also haven't raise any thread.

I don't think the other two other complainants on CG, zIPiico and sobcapnun, of which the verdict by CG are in favor to their side, have an account here, so I don't think they'll come and raise any thread or flag.

Interestingly, I found that my old login credentials also work on the "betnomi.bet" domain. I realize I might have compromised my password, but it's not a big deal since it's just a throwaway account, and I don't plan on using the Betnomi casino anyway.

So, it seems like the new site is either legit and officially connected to Betnomi casino, or it's created by someone who got their hands on the database from the old domain. Either way, it's kinda fishy!

Thank you both for the clarification. I seem to have completely forgotten about their old domain since I haven't used Betnomi in a really long time. (Honestly, I don't remember ever accessing the betnomi.bet domain before.)

I can confirm that there haven't been any official updates from their staff on the official Telegram channel. I thoroughly checked all the messages, dating back a month or so, starting from when the withdrawal problems began All I found were a few sockpuppets trying to "guarantee" that everything will be fine. No real word from the actual team.

Maintenance page is now removed from Betnomi website and I see they have new error page now, saying The Edge Function crashed, with internal 500 server error.
Maybe they are working on coming back but I still didnt saw any official explanations or announcement from them.

Looks like we will all get the same error. With the lack of response from the site rep, i'm guessing they have disappeared for good. If they return, likely will be rebranded so be on the lookout for different casino same software provider of betconstruct.

there is no clarification and confirmation received from the betnomi team at this time even in this thread there is also no active team anymore, everything just disappeared, I also found the same error on the betnomi domain there saw 500: INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR usually if it's like this it's true really hard to expect to come back again, usually it will just disappear by itself.

I often see sites like that and in the end they just disappear, I think also some people might have been frustrated to see things like this which made them wait a long time and I've also seen the OP's account on betnomi marked red which represents betnomi on this forum , I think you're right it looks like they've really disappeared now.

And that other website (betnomi.bet) is simply an old version of their website of 2021. This was clarified already before.
