its better down.no more scam
Agree Smiley
I have 2950 h/s working on merged minig on minergate for 11 hours from 16.00 EST to 03.00 EST
Get 0.1 XMR and 12 FCN instead of 2.3 XMR And 19 FCN.
It's only 5% for XMR !!!
Why?
Minergate stole 95% my XMR and about 35% FCN  Wink

Exact same thing, I got .3 XMR with 12 hours of hashing at 3500H.

Is there a way to get the minergate miner in source to compile ourselves?
I'm trying to get it installed with the deb package, but looks like the CLI is still needing a bunch of GUI dependencies and won't install.

Datacenter Technician and Electrician.  If you have any questions feel free to ask me as I am generally bored looking at logs and happy to help during free time.

I know the problems with payments from Minergate concern other currencies, but there are some special problems with QCN every pool can experience for a while. Please have a look at this:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=615732.msg7493826#msg7493826

I have just got my quazars I was waiting for.

@Minergate
1. If you are experiencing issues it would be really nice of you if you had placed an announcement at your site to let miners know. At least it wouldn't a surprise for them and you could avoid many angry comments.
2. My problem with not getting tickets and answers from you is still unsolved.

I just got an update from minergate support: "The problem should be fixed now. Sorry for inconveniences."

I had the withdrawal suspended notice which is now gone and I successfully withdraw XMR and QCN and both arrived in my wallet, however FCN withdrawal doesn't work as it just shows "Pending" and then "Failed" after a while. Also one QCN withdrawal from some days ago is still stuck in limbo, I made 2 QCN withdrawals at that time and one of them they fixed and the other one im still waiting for.

So if you had the message "withdrawal suspended" on your account, try again now (dont know if they re-activated all "withdraw suspended" accounts or if its account specific and you have to message minergate support).

I see this, in my dashboard:

Withdrawals are temporarily suspended for your account (code #BS302bis). Please contact our support service in order to get more details and resolve the issue.

Does anybody know, what that mean?

Withdrawal button is grey, so I can't click on it either.

Hello,

This means that you have been sending invalid shares. Therefore, to unlock your account we will need to analyse your logs. Please, provide to support all possible details (logs, OS, version of miner, etc). As soon as we investigate your case we will unlock your account.

All of this "suspended account", log submission and detailed analysis seems to be without any rational purpose:  if a client sends an "invalid" share wouldn't it be dramatically easier to simply reject it on the spot and move on?

It also stands to reason that even if there was a legitimate purpose for suspending accounts, the suspension should be across the board:  both payout and share submission should be disabled.  Leaving share submission in place while payout is explicitly disabled is getting very close to a "crime resembling theft".

I have had my problems resolved now.

I have managed to withdraw DUCK, FCN, BCN, QCN & MRO where I previously had trouble and my missing coins have been re-credited.

I don't believe there is any intention to scam as some people shout - but the performance and support has a lot of scope for improvement.

Needless to say I will be withdrawing my coins at very frequent intervals now.

Thank you Minergate.
