Wouldn't it be quite easy for Russia to break through the lying media by stopping their media to lie? As much as this sounds like a circular conclusion, it makes a lot of sense since there was a whistle blower who leaked the Vulkan files. Those are 5,000 pages of documents showing the sophisticated instructions and requirements as to how and what cyber attacks should be done and how Vulkan is supposed to spread disinformation.

What you don't get is that pravda propaganda is aimed against Russia, not us. And moving some rockets around is not any kind of significant tactical move especially against nato. They just want to be seen as doing something so they move some rockets and trucks. That's supposed to be signaling Russians as a show of some sort of strength. That is quite ironic if we keep in mind the number of times that opposition leaders in Russian happened to be poisoned out of no where.
Still, keeping that to one side, I have also read that Putin keep his personal distance from anyone and during official visits he has his own private portable bathroom out of fear of someone getting samples of his excrement for God knows what purpose.
