When the bank treats it as money by depositing it, and when their ledger shows that they did, and since their pamphlets (from the Federal Reserve Bank) say that they have created new money with it, it is money. As far as Ukraine is concerned, yes, the request has to be examined and above all NATO must make sure that it can effectively defend any new member from aggression, as it cannot afford to loose reputation in the even it cannot be done. Now, that is not such an easy task when you have a barbaric neighbour throwing trash in your garden. The defensive systems needed go well beyond the rapid intervention force.

Do you realize that the US and Nato countries have pumped nearly $100 billion into Ukraine for the war?... some in cash, and some in military machinery. Ok i have to admit this was so funny i cracked up. Yeah, i am glad that i am not in Russia and have to deal with their fixed "elections", which would change soon if Russia got what they wanted (to invade Finland as well). And in youtube, yes, i can see numerous videos Russian politsiya (or let's just call them militia as they so much want to go back to that era again) beating up their citizens, how opposition falls out of windows or gets poisoned (which we only know about failed attempts that are just tip of an iceberg). Must be fun to defend totalitarian dictatorship, rapists and war criminals. My russian friends have been fleeing from there because some of their friends are in jail for protesting, some have been disappeared and some are fearing for their life because of their sexuality.

It isn't the people of the West and Europe who are pushing for this war. It's their leaders doing it. It's a push to cut Russia off from free trade, to take over free trade throughout the world. And the people of the West (including the so-called free nations of Europe) are suffering for it. No fuel for winter heat, for example. Hyper-inflation for example.

It wasn't Russia who started killing Ukrainian people in 2014. It was the Ukrainian puppet government, set in place by the US CIA. Russia's police action was intended to stop the Ukrainian/US killers, but the US won't let itself be stopped. At least not easily.

Ukrainians are very glad they're not in Russia and they would like that to be the case going forward. Unfortunately the totally democratically elected Putin is bringing the freedom of getting tortured and killed to Ukraine. Can you tell him - since you seem to have a direct line to Kremlin - that if he fucks off now and goes back to rigging elections and killing journalists in Russia then he might hold on to power until he croaks. Withdrawn the slave troops before they just run away in chaos, claim a total victory and decide that Ukraine has been "denazified enough" and that this will teach them what the Eastern culture is. He's perfectly doing his job. But that is not necessarily in the benefit of Ukraine or Ukrainian people. He's weakening Russia at expense of the Ukrainian lives and the Europe is paying for it. He might have won if the whole world fell for the rhetoric of the US but still a large part of world knows it's a proxy war between the US and Russia.
