I think Argentina have little chance of getting out of Group C after losing to Saudi Arabia. Mexico and Poland are not favourites for the championship. But these two teams are traditionally the dark horses. I think after the draw in the Mexico vs. Poland match, these teams are the main contenders qualify from the group C.

At least in this case they have partners because Germany also had to lose to Japan.
Even if we look at the whole game the conditions are actually the same between these matches. Argentina and Germany dominated more than 70 per cent of possession and managed to score the first goal through Penalty but after that the comeback was incredible.
This is definitely something that is beyond thought because basically in terms of strength they are much better but with this condition now it's a little different because I don't think they will be too comfortable if they have to lose in the group stage now.

Argentina still has a chance, but on condition that they must win the next two matches. although at this time, Saudi Arabia leads Group C ranking with 3 points. however, their struggle will be even tougher to face other teams in this group phase.

I am quite optimistic, Saudi Arabia will be defeated by Poland later. the possible scenario that occurs, Saudi Arabia will play defensively again and they will target a draw.
note : winning over Argentina does not mean Saudi Arabia is a strong team and on the same level as Argentina, they just have more luck.

On the other hand, Poland is targeting victory against Saudi Arabia and wants full points to secure points to be in first place in this group C phase. Likewise, when Saudi Arabia faces Mexico later, I'm sure Mexico will also win the match over Saudi Arabia.

Saudi Arabia and Japan are real dark horse teams and in reality I am personally not too surprised by this result but yes, about Mexico and Poland I also believe that Mexico and Poland have the ability to play well in defense. But even so, Argentina and Germany still have a chance to qualify but it seems that the chance to qualify for them is very low, especially about Germany, which still has Spain in group E as another favorite team in group E.

Right now, Germany is in a more difficult situation than Argentina. Germany face Spain next and they would most likely lose that game. Costa Rica would most likely lose to Japan and if this happens Germany is out of the world cup.

Argentina on the other hand face Mexico next and they are the superior team that can learn from their mistakes. I believe they can win both Mexico and Poland to qualify.

I think the theory of favorites isn’t going to work in this World Cup. I’ve been enjoying the underdog stories so far. Going  on what we’ve seen in the first few days of the Qatar World Cup have been quite surprising, yesterday we watched as Messi and Argentina were humbled by Saudi Arabian. And then later today, Japan came back from a goal behind to defeat Germany. If these top teams do not play serious football in this tournament, they’re going to face more upsets and might exit the group stage. This is the tournament for you to keep an eye on.

This was the most impressive performance by Spain in the tournament so far. Before this one England impressed us all with a solid result. But this 7-0 victory was really unexpected for me honestly. It was a really absurd game as Spain had a 82% ball possession rate. And they didn't let Costa Rica have even one goal attempt. Spain's all shots on target ended up with goals which was pretty interesting.

There is no doubt that Spain will finish this group as the leader. Germany's future is indecisive after this horrible loss against Japan. I hope they start playing better and move on to next round.

The performance of the Spain team surprised everyone. The entire match was under the control of Spain's players. Costa Rica's players could not create any attacking opportunities. Spain played very well. Their team has few experienced players. We haven't seen a better performance from Spain in the Euro Cup either. If the Spain team can maintain the continuity of such performance, then they undoubtedly deserve to be champions in this World Cup. As you must have heard, Manchester United have parted their ways with Ronaldo recently. Ronaldo was already pushing for leaving the team immediately so this must be absolutely good news for him. After solving this problem completely I expect Ronaldo to focus on his game even more with Portugal. This is his last World Cup so I expect to see his best performance. Bernardo Silva stated that he was going to fight for the World Cup title especially for Ronaldo. We will see how ambitious they will be tomorrow. We have seen some surprising results already and let's see if there will be any tomorrow as well.

When the nation celebrates a win as a national holiday, you know that was a huge win for sure. This also shows all the people who doubted Qatar to have a possibility of a win on the starting game, yes Ecuador was a better team and yes they won, but it could have happened, if Saudi Arabia could beat Argentina, then Qatar could have of course beaten Ecuador, the difference between them is much smaller than what Arabia managed to do.

I feel like football is great because of games like this, we see rarely when the underdogs (and by this much) end up winning, otherwise if the favourites of all games ended up winning, it wouldn't be fun at all, it would be quite boring.

It is not a wasteful performance as they obtain their desired three points in the match. Canada is not a team to be underrated in their group because they actually play very well and I am sure they will get more points too if they play with other group teams like Morocco and Croatia all Belgium need right now is consistency and if they have it, they will lead their group.
