Chile and Peru should have backed out by now, but they have decided to take this to the next stage. Chilean officials are saying that they will take this matter to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). I am not sure about this. Can the CAS force FIFA to suspend Ecuador? If that is the case, then how can we say that FIFA is an autonomous body?

As far as I understand, the Court of Arbitration for Sport is an independent body and has the power to overrule FIFA's decisions, and this has been confirmed by FIFA in its statement. I think it is not a bad idea to have such an independent body that can control the work of FIFA and correct their wrong decisions.
We know what the situation was before in FIFA when Blatter was president and suspected of corruption. Small nations have very little influence on FIFA's decisions and therefore it is good that they have the opportunity to challenge FIFA's decisions with the competent authority.

I can't remember a tournament being discredited as often and so much than this winter's World Cup. The other World Cups were organized without really big media coverage. There are, of course, all kinds of things going on with the conditions of the people in the country. But FIFA also knew that when they awarded the World Cup to Qatar. I don't think players see much of this problem back in the country. Also for their own safety it seems to me better if they stay at the hotel and complex for their own safety and mental peace. As we are getting close to this mega event now things are going more heated and talk is going more positive about favorite and winners for this event right now we are having no updates who are coming in this event as injuries are going to have their own impact on teams and players but still many teams are well-prepared, so I am feeling most chances this time World Cup is going to South America because they are really desperate and want to fight back as they are out of this competition for two decades which is enough time Brazil and Argentina both are bringing quality players which are having enough skills to give tough challenge.

There is something that everyone should know, for Chileans, their first sport is soccer, soccer hurts them a lot but they are not at the level of Brazil, Argentina, which are the titans of South America, at the moment teams like Bolivia, Peru, Ecuadra, Venezuela are teams that are raising their soccer level, they are no longer like before, the more time passes the successor generations are less afraid of these titans, for now what Chile has done is a desperate action to be in Qatar but in a bad way, for me the way they seek to enter is not the right one, here each team earns its place, and the strongest is the one that qualifies, whatever Ecuador is, the tie will start very well, I'm sure that if they had arrived comfortably they would not have bothered them, but since they arrived almost in passing that is why they have taken all that away from them, very bad for the Chileans.

I don't understand why you think Chile should be punished? Based on what? Because they use legal means to appeal the decision they consider wrong?
From what I've read about the case, some new evidence has recently surfaced that didn't exist before, and Chile's representatives want all the new evidence to be considered and a just and fair decision made. I don't see anything wrong or punishable in that.
If Ecuador is guilty and they tried to cover up the truth, then they should absolutely be punished, even if it happened a day before the start of the World Cup.

Seeing Qatar's preparations, we surely understand that this year's World Cup will be celebrated in a very different way. Which may not have been seen in any previous World Cup. Qatar is fully prepared. But I doubt how much they can follow the rules they have made. But we should follow their rules.

FIFA or any sports organization can't stop any country from bidding for having rights of hosting event because it's not allowed, so now problem is with Qatar is Islamic country and having their laws and system which is surely for their peoples and those are going into this country for visit or business all have to obey them, and surely we all know how things works now if they are not allowing few things which are against their will then surely we have to accept them as this event is just for 35 to 40 days and many peoples can manage for this time.
 
Other thing it's first time any Islamic country hosting this event just because of this many peoples like you are feeling frustrated and having no updates about this even now many YouTube and other social media channels are regularly doing things for them and spreading all updates which are important for stay and accommodations into this country.
