It's just another user who hates Royse777 just ignore him. I haven't read the terms and conditions fully but do they indicate how long in average the processing of the withdrawals? I am not really that fan of manual withdrawals not unless they are working 24/7.

For now withdrawals are processed manually don't worry if you don't abuse the rules it will be processed I've told my experience above
My withdrawal was processed after 12 hours so I suggest you contact support again after 24 hours it will be better than you asking continuously
Bitlucy will have no reason to delay withdrawals for 24 hours like my last withdrawal was processed from outside the site (admin personal wallet) for some reason.

For security we are doing manual withdrawal. When the admin is away then it is taking time to process the withdrawal but when he is at the office it is fairly quick even we are doing it manually right now. We are making sure clients are getting paid.

Royse clearly mentioned in his previous posts that Bitlucy only enformes KYC if they see suspicious activity on your account so they only ask KYC in extreme measures. The manual payment is because of the bonus they are giving away and to avoid that they are paying abusers of the bonus.
