I haven't seen someone complain on this thread that they have a problem in terms of withdrawal so I don't think they are a scam. They are likely legit since a trusted user have agreed on taking care of their campaign and managing their ANN thread here. And in fact they are the ones that have been abused for being too generous.

I think that is also the reason why they do an upgrade and take a short break as well as their campaigns, it was also stopped once again. Just don't worry too much but believe on the words given to you by their support. You will have your money very soon. If many more days have passed and the problem still persists, that should be the time to open a scam accuse thread here.

Exactly my point - it does not make sense - there is no way of justifying a casino operation (we are talking about a casino here, not a charity) that takes deposits but does not execute withdrawals...

Well from what has happened on the site, I imagine that they are correcting all the vulnerabilities, we cannot forget that everything almost got out of control with the bonuses and the abuse of it by many, this somehow made the casino, it's a new casino, I think that every start is always difficult, every business when you start is difficult, I think you have to give it time, I also know that it bothers not being able to process a withdrawal, but it should be taken into account that the programming in blockchain and in this type of sites it is not so easy, because any vulnerability not only will not be able to process the withdrawal, they also have to take care of the funds of the other players and of the own casino, they want to start, but it must be that they have discovered more windows of lack of security and they don't want to risk it, I think they just have to have a little more patience, the site promises and looks very good.

Setting up a casino or gambling site from scratch seems like a lot of work to me. It's not just a simple site. There is a large database behind it and a lot of things are connected. I read that there is also a lot of criticism and I can also place that criticism. Customers are concerned if a payout is not paid out. I can imagine that deposits are automatic as that is an automated process on the site. Why the site doesn't process payouts I don't know. That seems like the most important point to work on right now.

Exactly my point - it does not make sense - there is no way of justifying a casino operation (we are talking about a casino here, not a charity) that takes deposits but does not execute withdrawals...

They should at least make out some clarification for this because if withdrawal isnt possible or still on hold then they should have make out some caution or warnings about depositing on the site

considering that withdrawals isn't still fixed then its just right or ethical for them not to accept any deposits because they are really just making the situation more worst
if users would be piling up in regarding with their withdrawal issues which it isnt really good for the business.Its better to fix everything first before making some

I agree with you that setting up a casino involves alot of work, Bitlucy looked quite promising to me when I first saw the ad on this forum, but now, I don't really understand why they were or are so much in a hurry that they have to launch an unfinished product, they could have been patient and wait until everything is working properly before launching.
Now, they are making alot of their customers go through unnecessary stress and as well, putting their reputation on the line, those who joined their campaign which lasted only one week hasnt been paid for about a week now since the campaign was put to closed, am really wondering what is going on with this casino.

By the looks of it, it is not a problem based on the website itself, it is all about the attacks. I understand that it is a bit of a problem for people to not be able to withdraw anything they want, it is your money and you would like to be able to withdraw it, and when someone says you can't for now, that is a bad thing to feel. However, we need to sit back and realize that this also hurts them as well, why would they want to do this if they are going to get hurt about it, they will lose customers and as a new place that had a soft start just recently, they wouldn't want such a thing to happen at the very early stages before they built a reputation.

Not sure what's the problem with their payment system and why they keep updating it but, for the moment being, they should at least process withdrawals manually for legit users.
Also not sure how their payment service doesn't process withdrawal automatically but still accepts deposits with no problems!
Why don't they use a third party payment processor to avoid all these problems!
Anyway, I hope all these problems will be fixed soon.

It's a shame that the most important part of this site is immediately the biggest problem. I can remember that there have been problems here from day 1. It was too early to judge that quickly, but the site has been online for a while now and we actually see little progress with regard to the payout. Even if there are problems in the system, can you still manually process a payout for a player? That would save a lot of trouble.

The deposit part makes sense, but at the same time not a good business idea. I mean if the withdrawal is not available, that makes sense because there is a problem and when there is a problem then you could block withdrawals for a while until you fix it and then you can get it back. As a very new casino, this created a big problem for them and I understand it, there is nothing to be ashamed about this at all.

However, when we are talking about deposits, that is a bit of a question mark, if they allow it, then do not allow withdrawals, that is going to create bigger headaches for them, but if they do not allow it, then nobody would be able to deposit and play and like the place.

BitLucy  was a good site and it always did their job well.  If this is the case then maybe they are in trouble now.  So they should be given time to solve their problems and stop using their site temporarily.

Is the site really a scam? It may be too early to make a judgment about that. However, I think we can see that a lot of problems have arisen on the site, and that's something you don't really want in the beginning. What also strikes me is that several complaints have been received that users cannot pay out, and that there is a malfunction. Maybe an idea to make this process automated. Royse777 will have good intentions, but running a gambling site is just too complex this way.

Betlucy has not defaulted on any of its promises even though the casino came under heavy attacks from abusers who took advantage of the bonus system, and that has led to the closing down of the casino but I don't see anywhere aside from that accusation of an early withdrawal problem

This is my experience as well. I have been trying to get my pay out for weeks but support have a new excuse every time.

I understand they are a new casino but it just isn't possible that they can be trusted when they say so many lies.
