You cannot compare Acedbets and Bitlucy. I have read several complaints from players who have not been paid. Also found it very strange that the signature campaign ended after only 2 weeks. That doesn't exactly give a good impression. Maybe Bitlucy can generate a signed code so that the users can see that this site has enough money in its wallet to pay players.

Signature campaign currently on hold is not stopped completely it means that there is still the possibility of continuing if the problem can be solved
Scam allegations have been made but they are considered invalid because they refuse to do KYC so there is an attempt to resolve it but one of the parties refuses

No one opens a scam thread accusation because those who complain don't have solid evidence for their accusation. For their Signature campaign, if they only want to attract people to deposit, they will choose not to pay the participants and Bitlucy has already paid the participants.
Bitlucy is still solving this problem and staying in this business, you can see Royse777 posts looking for live support a few days ago which means they will continue their business in the gambling industry.

maybe best to give the team some time mate because according to the update there is a massive abused from the cheaters and maybe every account that withdraws or try to withdraw from their freebies are under investigation.

To the best of my knowledge, bitlucy has paid every member of its campaign eligible enough to be paid since on Tuesday i think if am not mistaken and am part of those that can confirm the receiving of his payment, infact he paid last week and this week altogether at once and no any user complained, if you're in doubt click here and make sure you read the discussions from participants before deriving a conclusion. Royse777 is not a mediocre you'd thought and i believe he wouldn't want to tarnish his reserved reputation, @Royse777 you're a good CM beyond my thoughts and expectations just in clearing the mess that could have left a pot hole in your reputation, thanks and I'd love to work with you once more.

I didn't take any bonus or anything. Classic fraudsters, take deposits, and will never pay withdrawals, even to us who have not used any bonuses. I think the real problem is that they are not liquid at all, that story about promotions and abusing is just an excuse for me.

How can you verify that he didn't use the bonus? She didn't provide proof except for his conversation to the support about withdrawal hold. Besides Bitlucy announce this before they will temporary disable automatic withdrawal due to the recent abuse. The support just tell him to wait so how come it can be consider as scam? He should open separate thread and include proof that he didn't use any bonus on his winnings besides his conversation with the support.

He can use support word to verify that really didn't use bonus on his account.
