Just lies and lies from them. Every two days a new lie. But one thing is for sure - no one will be paid out from them.

Aren't you the same person that accuses other gambling platforms without even providing enough evidences such as deposits or withdrawals and just posts support chats that is only focused on their chat and not their whole transcript?

It's funny how they become the cause of the issue and be the first users to throw stones. Users who never got to make any deposit but had to abuse the sites bonus system and hope to make withdrawals haven't placed bets on them. All business are profit oriented and I don't see how they expect to be paid given that fact. The situation is, once they exhaust there bonus offer on one account, they move to the next and continue to open multiple accounts until they come up with a win eventually from bonus offers. It's certainly not for the best.

Am just glad that, they did expose some loopholes in the system to the site developers and as we've observed lately, Royse777 and the BitLucy team aren't relenting in fixing the bugs on the site. We are sure to have an optimum working site soon, more options and a better functionality to it.

Abusing the bonus system of an online casino site is a serious violation.  If such actions are carried out systematically, they can lead to the bankruptcy of any casino...  Therefore, BitLusy was forced to take such measures.

Haven't been on their site in a while so I don't know how it is now.  I visited the BitLusy site in late April - early May.  

I liked the interface of the casino, everything is intuitive.  That is, the journey through the site left a good impression.  Well-chosen games.  There is something to play.  

Members of the signature compaigh on the Bitcointalk forum received full payment.  Now (as far as I know) a new compaigh is being launched.

You know theres a limit to how long is reasonable to wait for a simple withdrawal right? Its been 3 weeks with different excuses from them each time. First a new withdrawal system, then manual withdrawals, then a new website, then incorreclty saying ive not completed wagering, then the website is down again. Its one issue after another with these guys, and each time they say they will be sorted soon.

They might be paying forum users for their signiture campaign, who are making up all this positivity and good news about them - but the truth is that they arent paying their legitimate players the winnings they are due.

I just saw that the Bitlucy site is available again.

Everything is better than before, design, games, home screen and even some new games
I think the Bitlucy user interface is better than ever! But many other sections still need to be developed to provide a complete platform for users.

You know how people are, everybody nowadays is inpatient and things needs to happen asap. I also still give them the benefit of the doubt and we will just need to wait and see how they develop further. One thing is for sure, they got a massive amount of attention with their launch. In around 1 month, there are already 30 pages of posts; other sites need 1 or 2 year for that.

Of course, it is normal, every gambling platform that starts and has a start can have many bugs, it is also not good for a company like this to be treated, Royse is actively working with them to improve all possible bug and that is enough to guarantee The trust and reputation of the site cannot rush accusations of that style, if the platform is making arrangements it is obvious that the retreats will not work, the support says what they say why they have to adhere to what what The site offers, it is not their fault that the site is not yet 100%operational, the development and programming of these sites is not easy.

or maybe they are very generous that the abuse did not come to their mind though In business specially in Gambling Business. we should understand that every area that may have flaws will be a damage to the operation and this is what happened that time.

well this most likely happened to them during their initial run of casino since the OP is still hiring a competitive developer a few days ago after there announcement of the opening date. This is common for team that only built online since there's no physical interview to see the qualification skills properly on an online interview. The new website UI/UX is already improved drastically so I'm sure that the team is already aware about the things they need to fix before they open again the casino.

But I believe that this will be serving as good example for all who wanted to start their casino to use this experience and will never happened again in the future.

Rules are clear on good platforms in Terms of service, FAQ, Terms of condition, but cheaters don't read or they read and ignore it all. They believe that they are skillful enough to cheat successfully.

Then in the end, when they get caught and accounts suspended, frozen and can not withdraw money, they call a platform on which they cheat a lot, is a scam one. Such scam accusations end with Negative, Fail for cheaters. Rarely see but in some cases, there is need for mediators to investigate proofs from platform and user, then final result will be made with agreement from three sides: platform, user and mediator.

Just checked until now Bitlucy is not active OP said site back to normal on 26 yesterday it seems that there are still some gaps that need to be fixed
The signature campaign will be running on May 28th so let's wait for tomorrow , there's no way they're running a campaign while the site is still under construction, right? it means it can be confirmed tomorrow the site is back to normal.

It is also better that a site is offline for a longer period of time, so that they can certainly check all functionalities on the site. If you go online on May 26, and then errors come up again, the site would be under construction again. I have to say that it is bad advertising for a gambling site that has only just been operational. Won't be good for the confidence of many players. A lot will have to be done if they want to restore their reputation to some extent, because things don't go smoothly. My suspicion is that they do not use an Igaming provider.

The delay is probably because the team wants to put everything in place to make sure there will not be a repeat of what happened previously, am very ok with the decision to shift the resumption date it is better to be delayed but perfect than rushing things.

29th May is just tomorrow and between 25th and 29th I don't see much time in between.
